and it says 10 busines days they will deliver but it's been 26 days We haven't updates yet nightmare experience with them not professionals

Could be better
The service received was friendly and helpful. However, I have had to chase and follow up regularly. The car was not delivered on the agreed date and time. Delivery was rescheduled to the time, which required rescheduling of my work time. 2 weeks after the purchase of the vehicle, I still have not received the service history as promised. CarPlay is another matter which remains unresolved. I am looking forward to these being properly cleared. Despite this, credit to the sales rep for being friendly and available.
