The pharmacist was so pleasant and friendly. We asked for his advice, then took it to have our jabs for travelling. He also advised us about other possible health related issued for our future visit.

Ben is very knowledgeable, excellent communication with us prior to the appointment and flexible in changing my appointment when I was unwell. I would definitely recommend Ben for travel vaccinations.

Great, honest and timely service. Provided a lot of in-depth general advice regarding my upcoming trip as well as a run through of vaccine options. All options were explained to me with full transparency of the risk levels of the diseases in my areas of travel and there was no pressure to decide on vaccines, especially those that were a low risk and suggested, however the appointment was informative enough for me to go home and further consider some select low risk vaccines with future trips in mind and to lower my risk of illnesses particularly fatal prognoses and those affected by global treatment shortages.

I needed travel advice and jabs for a work trip. Ben was really professional and thorough with my travel health consultation. He talked me through all the risks and potential illnesses, then administered three vaccines that I agreed should be renewed, that had expired. I felt supported, and there was no pressure to get any vaccine that day. I was in 12 minutes early, so he saw me then and there, making the whole experience easy and straightforward. Thanks, Ben!
