Ben was outstanding - attentive, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I needed. The service and advice he offered at the pharmacy was exemplary, including an extensive follow-up email. His service should be the industry model for how to deliver a Travel Clinic appointment. Since visiting I have telling everybody about his service, including the nurse at my local GP surgery and the nurse agreed that he is exceptional at his job! Thank you.

Excellent. Everything explained properly and very thorough. Fitted my appointment in at short notice which I appreciated and had all the vaccines I needed.

My friend ,who lives near Carnforth & I ,who does not, are holidaying in Brazil & wanted advice about whether or not to be vaccinated against yellow fever. The pharmacist set up a zoom meeting to accommodate both of us. He gave us detailed information of the pros & cons, answered numerous questions in an understandable way & appeared calm & in good humour. He also gave us a lot of time & this definitely helped us to make our decision .
