Slow shipping and High Replacement Part cost
I bought a replacement power cord and shipping was slow, even though up front I asked it be done ASAP. My other big disappointment was the price. $50, really. Are they trying to compete with the high price of replacement parts for cars. It is not like it is a high tech cord.

Greg, so sorry to hear this. Our usual delivery times for replacement items are 1-2 weeks, and you received yours just 5 days after the invoice was paid. We knew you wanted it delivered ASAP so we offered the chance to expedite the delivery, however you refused. We still managed to deliver it in a timely manner for you. We provide replacement items at cost to us, so rest assured there is no profit in us sending these items, and in fact, we usually make a loss.
Hopefully this explanation can alleviate some disappointment here. Best wishes on your CAROL Bike journey.

I really enjoy working out now
I really enjoy working out now. It only takes a few minutes. I have it in my living room and I don't mind a bit. It looks nice and it reminds me to exercise should I forget, which is rarely.
I just really enjoy using it and I feel energized and good about myself after a session on my CAROL bike.

Bike arrived when expected and as described. Instructions for assembly are excellent. I needed some additional help because of an error I made entering information- their response was prompt, friendly, and solved the problem. I have begun using Carol Bike and find it a relative (some hard work is called for even if brief) pleasure. I easily recommend Carol bike

Fast response with clear information to my questions. The Fed Ex email really threw me for a loop and I thought I was going to have to return the bike. It was quickly explained that the info in the email didn't really apply to me. After delivery, Adrian was very helpful with my questions about not being able to free ride right away.

I ordered my bike over two months ago
I ordered my bike over two months ago. I took a day off work to take delivery, but it never showed up and when I called they told me they weren’t delivering it because it was broken and they had to get replacement parts which they did. Then I had a difficulty trying to get it delivered at a time that would work with my schedule, but the person from Carol did intervene and make that possible When they delivered the bike it was missing several screws that attach the handlebar to the frame and the bike had to be taken back again. I am still waiting on Delivery of the bike. Jim from Carol has been very nice and tried to help the best he can but obviously this is not what someone would expect when ordering a piece of very expensive exercise equipment.

When I received my Carol bike, the handlebar upright was welded on crooked. I contacted Carol, and they responded right away. They scheduled a new part to be delivered and set up a tech to come replace it. They were very apologetic and quick to fix the problem. While I have only used my bike a handful of times, I am really liking it so far and look forward to tracking my VO2 max over time.

Good bike but with limited software and you have to find your own way
The bike is nice but the app does not tell you much or give you any guidance. I am discovering features by chance. I would think that this product for the price and subscription would be more robust and intuitive.

Because of this, we have information ('i') icons on each workout and metric which provides further details about them. We would also recommend you book a free consultation with our fitness advisor who can talk you through all the features in a one-to-one call. You should have received emails about this prior to your bike's arrival, along with emails detailing our bike features.
I will ask a member of our support team to contact you to ensure you are up to date with all our features.
Bike good, service lousy
They send you emails asking for your opinion how you like the bike and if you need help, but they don't respond to help requests. The bike itself is great, the subscription is a major downer, and the heart rate monitor that comes with the bike is a piece of junk. It connects and disconnects at random and it is therefore almost impossible to get a fitness score.
