The Only Thing To Fear Is Fear Itself.

My experience with Phoenix has been a self awakening experience. Phoenix is a great program to help one understand the real cause and effects of trauma in your life and habits, relations and understand your inner self, through understanding one can no longer be fearful of the emotions that enslave us to trauma and give us the courage to make real changes we desperately seek. Through the practices and group sessions, Caroline has been able to penitrate the deeper issues of self dought and inner pain by recognizing the core issues of trauma that has been deeply rooted in the nervous system, that may have been difficult to diagnose through traditional therapy in times past as was my case. The Phoenix program has helped me to start to retrain my nervous system to stop reacting to the triggers of everyday life that keeps us trapped in a vicious cycle of covert trauma that lingers in the fibers of our very being. Caroline is skills, knowledge and passion is very apparent. She is caring and dedicated about helping others to free themselves of the very pains that she herself has suffered. The live community sessions are greatly encouraging. Here one can share and hear the experience, struggles and progress of others. Here you can be supporting as you yourself are supported. You can see that you are not alone.
I have gained so much in Caroline's Phoenix program, I see myself in a much diffrent light, a bright light of courage and hope.
I highly recommend the Phoenix program.
I wish I found this program sooner. Thank you Caroline.

Great guidance and support

Great small lessons - short bite sized videos to learn from with just enough information that you can slowly digest and take things in. There are regular incorporation of guided activities you can build into your life which help with grounding and making your nervous system feel safe again. The live sessions with Caroline so very helpful - she listens and gets to know her community and guides us through helpful techniques. Thank you Caroline!

It would be great if there were sources cited - to bring more awareness of the research and work done in the psychology community, as well as give credit to those who've put in the time to develop some of these methods.

After only a short time in the Phoenix program, I feel a profound shift.

Caroline's Phoenix course came at exactly the right time. After decades of putting myself last, over-delivering at the cost of my own soul, and nursing the wounds of trauma in silence, I had become a ghost in my own life.

After only a short time in the Phoenix program, I feel a profound shift. The self-paced modules are beautifully instructive, thoughtful, thorough, and designed to encourage reflection. The somatic practices included in the modules add another layer of healing, and I love how the twice-weekly Zoom meetings with peers build a sense of judgement-free community and real belonging.

All of this is wonderful, but it is Caroline herself who makes the experience transformative. With her warmth, wisdom, compassion, and expertise, she encourages all of us to treat ourselves with patience
and grace as we begin to rise from the ashes of the old and to inhabit a new way of being in the world.

I wish I had found this course sooner.

Caroline is warm, comforting, caring, and so very supportive. I joined Phoenix about a month and a half ago, and I am already seeing changes in myself. Her combination of trauma support, self-guided video lessons, and online meetings with a small group truly brings a well-rounded program into anyone's home. I just wish I had found this course sooner.

Getting out of survival

I experienced only positive outcomes from the Phoenix program. It is a safe and warm place to open up and share. The community in the program is theraputical as it helps people relate with others and ease pain. It is supported by the profound information that guided me through my journey, and finally started experiencing getting out of the survival mode. I liked the variety of provided exercises and the self-pace of it. It gave me back my autonomy and supported me during my tough periods at work. So I am really happy I signed up.

Phoenix is great when you need to learn about trauma and start to heal

I think the best thing with Phoenix is that it is a mixture between understanding trauma by facts, take it in to your body trough practice and also handle the emotions and relations connected to traumatic experience.
I love this course and how it is built. I think it is very valuble to be able to take the time, get used to new habits, practice self-trust and so on. Good to have three months and be able to follow live sessions to keep the inner work going and have some milestones.
Thank you for your work!

Healing is Possible!

I find it challenging to write a review of Caroline's Phoenix course in words alone. Before I started the modules I was worried I wouldn't be personally supported or that the course content would be too surface-level and thus provide no practical personal or long-term use. I am so happy to say I found a safe, supportive, and engaging place in Caroline's course. The combination of private learning and group participation I've found to be very effective in my growth and allowing me to support others.
One example of something I've gained from this course is that I no longer see myself as a shell of a person simply existing from day to day. The deep trauma that keeps me down is loosing its strength. I am proud of me, of my work and hopeful for my future.
Thank you Caroline for giving me something I never thought was possible!
