Ordered a pair of slippers for my wife on 18 December for christmas. Eventually arrived on 5th january but they sent wrong size. Quality very poor. Requested returns envelope to return for refund 10 times. They kept stalling me, asking for photos, proof of purchase etc. Then stated that they dont do return envelopes and we would have to pay to send them back.
Clearly their fault. Terrible company. Do not purchase from these people.

Jumper took a month to arrive, nothing like the picture and a different colour. Emailed and sent them pictures, finally offered a full refund but I've got to pay £13 postage to return! Will be reporting to trading standards. DO not buy from them!

Product was advertised as 100% cashmere but once it arrived, over 2 weeks later, it was 95% polyester & 5% spandex. I requested a return and was told I had to pay the return postage costs, back to China! To be honest, I realised straight away after ordering, that this was scam. I was in a rush to order something for Christmas and ignored all the signs (buy one, get offer on another / 100% cashmere for such a low price / no landline in contact details, just a mobile which is disconnected). I checked the trustpilot reviews only after I had place the order! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Disgusting customer service. They sent me wrong colour jumper. I emailed to ask for correct colour to be sent and have heard nothing since. Don't waste your money on this company. Very disappointed

Delivery was delayed heavily. Supposed to get before Christmas but got in January. Quality is not as advertised. Was supposed to be cashmere but is thin and feels like cheap recycled plastic. For £35 it’s likely to be worth £5. Complete waste of money. Wouldn’t use this company again.

order took longer than expected, i actually thought it wouldnt even come! I emailed night and day to no avail. and was not what i ordered. a poor imitation! not cashmere and the pattern was off. very angry and they are not. Before it arrived reported it to the bank and when it got here the bank confirmed they would reimburse me and didnt need to take 120 days to investigate. Think theyre on the system. If you have ordered, just report the payment on your banking app and the bank will pay you back they clearly have this company top of the list. IF YOU READ THIS MY ORDER NUMBER IS 3934 AND YOU OWE ME MY MONEY NOT THE BANK (who thank god they did!). SO COUGH UP NOW.

Just read last review and I am having the same issues ordered a jumper 3rd December arrived yesterday & nothing like the picture.
Have sent so many emails wanting to cancel & they have ignored my request,
Now they have offered me 50% discount to keep the item it's not fit for purpose hence the return. Have now got in touch with my bank & it's now in dispute.
Please do not order from this company, poor quality on items & late delivery plus no communication, customer service is a joke.
This company should not be able to trade.

This company is not uk based. All their clothes are cheaply made, poor quality and absolutely awful. I paid £30 for a jumper that arrived with a nylon shirt stitched into it and the quality has left me feeling angry that I have used this company

I ordered a top from this company on impulse. What a mistake not reading the reviews, a few hours after ordering I had a confirmation and realised that it was not going to be delivered within the 4-5 days suggested in the advert. I tried to phone , unobtainable, sent 3 messages no reply, trying to cancel the order. 10 days later they email me to say that the item has been dispatched. I email back, explaining that I will no longer be in the UK and am told that it is too late and to refuse the delivery for which 15% will be deducted from the refund. Not sure how I refuse the delivery when I have left the country. This company is a scam and I doubt that the item will ever arrive. Be warned!!!! Do not buy anything from them.

One star is one too many !!! They are absolute liars. My cashmere sweater arrived very very late Took ages too late for the holiday I wanted it for.

Anyhow it's 100% polyester it's a load of crap. Do not waste your money on this company they are worthless

I honestly don’t know how the people who run this company can live with themselves. They are purely and simply thieves and there should be a way of criminalising them. What possible pleasure do they get from causing so much misery and disappointment, especially at Christmas time. I am, of course, one of those who have been thoroughly scammed. I was so looking forward to receiving my ‘cashmere’ jumper, only to find it is 100% polyester and made in China. There is no point in trying to return it, as I shall lose even more money. It will probably end up in the bin - I wouldn’t even give such rubbish to a Charity Shop. I shall be contacting my Bank.

SCAM company please do not give your money away
I ordered 2 tops on 9th December 24 £53.90 they were very quick to take the money.
Then no communication at all, no order confirmation and no tops. I have tried ringing them but surprise surprise the number on the site does not work. I have also tried emailing a couple of times but not heard anything back. They say on website that they will respond to emails within 24 hours, what a joke. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Not even worth one star. Company is in China. Received item super late. Didn't even resemble picture advertised. Cheap and really nasty and they even sent me a size bigger than I'd ordered as they said the sizes ran small!!! I argued massively and managed to get a third of my money back and was able to keep the item as I said I didn't trust them to send it back. (Wasn't hoping to waste anymore money on rubbish). A sharp learning curve which has made me very wary. They should be ashamed of themselves and need to be stopped.

Wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered a "patchwork" cardigan. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. No invoice/delivery note with information how to return. Picture of cardigan on the website made it look as though it was knitted but it was in fact made in China from some cheap stretch fabric. It was too big even though I ordered correct size per website. The company is supposedly based in Sweden and you have to pay your own postage to return unless "faulty". Decided not to pursue and waste more time and money. I shall wear the cardigan round the house, would be embarrassed to wear out as it looks so cheap. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a coat and top 12 days ago which were supposed to arrive within 1-2 days via Royal Mail. Nothings arrived and there’s zero response to my attempts to contact the company. I’ve had to raise it with my bank who are investigating further… I wish I’d have checked reviews first as I’d never have used the company if I’d seen these reviews first

Hi guys please please please don’t buy anything from the website I ordered clothes and when it came I straight away asking them to send me refund label for almost 3 weeks and i still haven’t had one response from them i honestly can say i never seen such a poor quality and how badly have been made that should not be even allowed to sell people such a bad quality of clothes honestly people listen to all of us and you will not get your money back at all the company should be banned obviously i lost my money now but i want to make everyone aware how really bad the company is you won’t be happy I had no choice then to give 1 star or i won’t be able to leave review my experience was really really bad and on top of that i lost my money too I’m really disappointed and quite frustrated how badly i got treated when you try to contact the company and also the phone number on a bottom off the website doesn’t even exist thank you for reading my review and be aware of these company

The tracking page is not available, have asked question,no response ,have no idea where or what date my purchase will arrive if at all ,but still have some time before Christmas so I shall see

Victims should contact their banks to request a charge back
I had the same experience as others here. Bought what were advertised as cashmere jumpers and received 100% polyester labeled jumpers and one with no labels at all. All very poor quality.

If you are also a victim of this scam I strongly advise contacting your bank and requesting a charge back to get refunded. Failing this the UK International Consumer Centre telephone number 01268886690 advised me to contact them again if my charge back is not successful. They have received multiple reports if this fraudulent company which operating under multiple similar names

Ordered my jumper, they took my money, then nothing! No confirmation email, no tracking reference and they do not respond to any emails. The telephone number they provide does not work. DO NOT USE
