Bought parts from them in Germany, parts took over 2 weeks to arrive in the UK. When it finally did the package did not even have 1/4 the parts ordered but had the invoice packing list for the full order. Contacted them about this, they took their time responding. Had to ask Paypal to step in then they admit the short delivery. When the parts where bough they charged me VAT when delivering to the UK and said I will not be charged VAT in the UK . Ten days latter I get a letter from DHL saying the package had a VAT charge of 83 GBP . Contacted them regards this why am I being charged VAT twice and I also only received 1/4 the goods on the invoice . They respond saying you should contact HMRC and ask them for the VAT refund which is wrong . Vat is not supposed to be charged in Germany as the goods supplied is out of the EU and VAT is charged in the country the goods go to. Questioning them about this they refuse to answer and my mistake is trusting them and closing my papal case against them . Do not use this company as they do not have a clue what they are doing and lie to cover their mistakes .

Ordered parts for a Toyota Aygo on 2nd of April via Pitstraat.com. Received an e-mail from Pitstraat to confirm the order was sent to Carondo. Payment is done on April, 6 due to Easter. No reply on my mails to Pitstraat and Carando. Phoned with Pitstraat, number is out of service.

Bought some spare from this dealer, and the parcel has not been delivered after three weeks. This is the first time i am seeing this issue with them. They always been very expediting. I hope the manager did not die by Covid-19.

I bought the wrong parts for my car, returned them at my expense and got reimbursed after a few reminders. I bought the right parts (disc + pad) for a very competitive price

I have purchased spare parts for my car but I have not had any deliveries after several attempts to contact the Carondo seller with no reply, I am awaiting a refund from PAYPAL

The best website for car parts ! Very good prices and a professional customer service. However, the website may lack some features that concurrents provide. The only drawback is that the shipping with DHL to France is expensive (~11€). But for big orders it is worth the money saved.

So, I really recommend this website, I made many orders and had only one problem which was solved very efficiently !

We ordered at 12-8 a mirror for our VAN (Spiegelglas). Unfortunately it didn't fit. We send the item back but untill today we didn't received our money back. What to do Carondo? Orderno: 1962880
