Worst service ever, we got scammed
The seller tried to hand us low cost poor Dacia car while we paid for Skoda Rapid
Also charged us for 180EU for insurance while we already paid to RentalCars for full cover, poor service would never recommend

As much as possible, the company tries to deliver exactly the car model reserved by the customer, but due the fact that the number of cars is not unlimited, due to unpredictable forces, such situations may occur. At the same time, we would like to mention the fact that, due the lack a credit card, you had to purchase the local protection services, which reduce your liability in case of a damage to 0.

Cheating compani. Beware
We booked the car through the priceline web. as we do all over the world for many times. We payd and got the voucher written -0$ aditional They were kind to pick us from the airport. But asked for more than double. There was another couple out there waiting, when we spoke they had the same problem.
We cancelled our booking and took a taxi to the hotel.
Very bad experiance.

All good!
After a little rough start everything was perfect. First we were waiting at the airport and no one showed up at the mentioned pick-up location. We called, but the call was not going through. Eventually we walked 15mins to the car park where they are located and found out that they were just having a lot of calls and the lines were full and it was a misunderstanding. After that they were really nice, the car was perfect. We had to return the car a few days earlier and even got a voucher for the remaining days!

This company are stealing people money
This company are stealing people money, I made rezervation for 10 days for $240. When arrive there it went up to $277. In addition, they force me to add $15 daily insurance that I did not need it, plus a $50 for "International driver licence application" and $900 deposit that I would probably not received back. Do not use these illegal company if you don't want to loose money. This is a corrupt company in a corrupt country. Stay away from Romania and visit another safer country.

The cars are ok, but customer "aftersales" support is ZERO
The cars are ok, good shape, nothing to say bad, but for customer support "aftersales" 0 stars. After delivering back the car, I asked the person there to offer me just a 1 km curtesy ride for me and my daughter back to the hotel which was very close by. I was refused, even I offered to pay, due to the fact he had to go around too much. Anyway, expecting a taxi which did not show up, also no taxi will take you 1 km only, hilariously an employee from Sixt rental company who share the same location I believe, seeing me with my daughter sitting there waiting for a cab in the cold for more than 30 min, offered me a ride with his car. Funny story no? That s life, just business, we forgot to be human !

Summer tire on winter!
I book a Skoda Octavia on 19 November and I realize that the car has summer tires only when I was already on snow road! So I could not use the car for 2 days! Nobody does explain this or try to do me a discount! How is possible to rent a car with a summer tire when outside is -1 degrees and all over the news they announce snow!

Dear Claudiu, thank you for your review, all feedbacks are important to us and we are sorry about your experience, but according to the contract, the car was picked up from Bucharest, where there is no snow and the temperatures were quite high, the return being in the same location. The law provides for the mandatory installation of winter tires on public roads covered with snow. When you contacted us you were in Cluj where we offered the solution to bring you another car, you informed us that you were already on your way to Bucharest, where there is no snow on the road.
