Terrible costumer service
You better hope your order goes thru the first time around because their costumer service is horrendous. I was on hold for 3 hours and when the 3 hours came around the call was sent back to the beginning. Costumer service tab on line was not working either. The same thing has hapened 3 days in a row and I am still dealing with the nightmare.

Avoid if you actually need the part
If your from the UK I wouldn't bother. Ordered a bonnet release handle nearly a month ago still no sign of it being delivered. Company are very slow with replies and very little help

Volvo parts never arrived
Ordered Volvo parts. After 3 weeks waiting I asked them where my order was. They just replied that it’s in the post and just wait! The order has never arrived. Request for a refund has gone unanswered. As far as I’m concerned this company is a scam.
UPDATE: As you can see, it took them 8 months to reply to this message on here, and they’ve basically tried to make out that I was never a customer. I’m very happy to provide the invoice and proof that they took my money. Awful customer service! Steer clear and save your money.

Refused refund when not my error
Website said part will fit for my car VIN. Product arrived and it didn’t fit. Refused return and refund. Will not be using this company again.
