Have used before without issues
Have used before without issues, however, I am still waiting for my last order about a week later! They are euro car parts with a different coat on. Order placed on Jan 30th, it's now Feb 6th and no sign of my order.
This may be an exception to the norm, I haven't used them enough to know, but buyer beware!
Update- order was found to have been posted (By Euro Car Parts) to a neighbour, who is on holiday so no access! The huge delay in finding and resolving the issue came down to car parts 4 less! I spoke to Euro car parts, who resolved the problem on the same day, trying to get things sorted through car parts 4 less took around 7days. Definitely harder work than it should have been, but thanks to my local branch of Euro Car Parts it's now sorted.

I entered my registration for a new fuel filter the filter came up and I ordered it and a few days later it was delivered to eurocarparts Hereford. Great service by the way. Then I took the filter to my mechanic who rang me back a few hours later and said wrong filter

The worst seller. It offers discount codes and after you made orders, you will receive an email that was a mistake and they cannot sell for that price, and they cancel orders.

Placed order and paid received an email to confirm. 2 days later I received an email saying order was cancelled and I'd receive a refund which hasn't happened yet. After 5 days I received another email saying the parts were ready to collect which I was very pleased about. Once in the store I was told the parts were not there and I would not be getting them to phone customer services for a refund. I have done that and it's one week on and I still have to wait a couple more days for my money. Very very poor show from what is meant to be a leading company. Appears to be run by incompetent fools. Thank goodness for Parkers parts bought and fitted.
