Terrible! Scoured far and wide to make sure I could order all the parts I wanted from one place (parts show in/out of stock). I placed an order on Wednesday evening for next day delivery. I get an email Friday telling me half the parts are not in stock and they are coming Monday. I planned to do this over the weekend, made arrangements, moved tools etc. I got a call back on Monday explained the situation and if something could be worked out. The car mot retest time will expire and here I am looking like a fool having to start all over again a week later. They offered a £5.99 refund and bad attituide. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

Very slow delivery then when it did arrive it was the wrong part, I had to return at my cost !!

I had two good orders until on another one for no reason the handing over to Royal Mailby was delayed by working day. Causing not recieving in time.
Company blaming RM for it.

There was a mix up on my behalf. They went above and beyond in order to help me out and even called me, which is increasingly rare these days.
I'm grateful to them and would happily recommend them.

I had a slight hic up with my order ! this was dealt with very quickly and proffesionally.
The measure of any Company , is how they deal with it when it goes wrong.
I have used this company for a number of years now, and will continue to do so.

Ordered brake pads for a landrover discovery according to their compatablity list but they are wrong and they refuse to take them back. Ordered a ignition coil for a mini and thet sent a drop link. Then they said I had to wait until they had the wrong item back before they would send what I ordered. I have ordered many times before from them but something has changed. Their customer service in non existence. I have now contacted Ebay and my bank to get money back for wrong pads. I will not order from them again.

They made sure the battery I ordered was correct for my car, rather than just take the chance as other companies do.

Purchased a new car battery from this company, great communication,I selected a non standard higher capacity battery and carefully checked it would fit, competitive price and lots of choice, free delivery and it arrived within 24hrs of ordering.

Purchased a car battery on eBay that failed under warranty. Simple process to make a claim and resolved very quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from these people in the future.

I contacted carpartsinmotion via their option to confirm correct parts required.On Simon's recommendation I ordered parts. Wrong parts were delivered.On contact I was advised I had ordered wrongly.NOT THE CASE. I was advised to re-order correct parts(my expense) with upgraded delivery.No help for vehicle OFF THE ROAD.I will note seller's name before purchasing in future.

Cheaper parts in exchange for what appears to be non-existing customer service. The quality of the part is not great. If I could go back, I would use a different seller. One star is too much.

What an Amazing Company.
I have never experienced such a high level of service from any other online company EVER.
I have never received faster delivery from any other online company EVER.
My car battery was flat as a pancake so I had to use my partner's car.
I came home & searched the internet for a new battery, prices varied & delivery was a minimum of 3 days from all other sellers.
By chance, I plumped for Carparts in Motion.
Yes, I could have saved a tenner or a fiver from other sellers, but I would never have received such exceptional service.
I ordered my new battery at 9.20 pm on Monday it was delivered at 11.20 am the following day!!
No premium was charged, this is the service they offer.
I cannot recommend this company more highly. They now have a customer for life

This company has great prices, brilliant quality parts, huge selection of parts and speedy postage!

Sadly their customer service is lacking. I encountered a fitment issue with an item recently and was saddened that they did not reply to any of the four messages sent! Ebay had to step in and resolve the issue. Such a shame.

Fortunately I was not reliant on the part to get me back on the road, however, if I had been a total lack of CS would be a real problem.

Ordered new battery from this company and the correspondence and service was very good. Will use this company again for sure

This company sold me the incorrect parts (clutch/flywheel)for my vehicle after it was verified by their parts system that they would fit. I contacted them 33 days after purchase and they stated they would not accept a return as their policy is 30 days return only. This is despite the fact that they verified the parts would fit, which they did not. I now have a £342 clutch and flywheel kit which is no good. And, to add insult to injury, I have had to spend another £205 on a new clutch kit that does actually fit my vehicle. I would not trust this company as far as I can throw them. Under the circumstances, I feel the decent thing to do is authorise a return and issue a refund as it was there system that verified that the parts would fit. Ordered a number of items from this company and had a minor problem with two parts not delivered .
Contacted and a prompt reply received ; order checked and confirmed it was being sent in a second parcel that promptly arrived . Fantastic customer service and a quality product supplied . Will use again in the future . Courtney Chambers BMW X3

Absolutely brilliant service with top quality parts. For that alone this is the company to deal with but, added to that is their prices are fantastic. This is my go to place now for parts, furthermore they manage to supply parts other places simply cannot. Try them, am confident you will not be disappointed. A piece of advice, try to supply as much information from the part you need as possible, particularly electronic items. It helps both you and them to supply the correct part. Often parts have a part number on them, it helps greatly.
