Been using Ashbys for over fifteen years with a ninja 400psi machine . Very reliable and cleans well . On the few occasions it has developed a fault Ashbys have been very quick in getting it fixed .

I’ve always had great service from Ashby’s over the years. In the 19 years I’ve been in business, I’ve used all sorts of different carpet cleaning machines, but for me personally, the Enforcer is by far my favourite machine on the market. In fact, I love it that much that I’ve actually got three of them!

The build quality, reliability, and performance of the Enforcer machines have been absolutely spot on from day one. They’re powerful, dependable, and make a massive difference when you’re working day in, day out in the carpet cleaning industry. I genuinely can’t fault the machines at all. They’ve helped me deliver consistent results for my customers and have been a huge part of my business over the years.

Every time I’ve dealt with them, whether it’s been for advice, servicing, repairs, or purchasing equipment, the team has always been knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. It’s rare these days to find a company that still gives proper customer care and support, but Ashby’s really do. You never feel like just another customer — they genuinely care about the people using their machines and want to make sure you’re looked after.

Over nearly two decades in business, I’ve learned that having reliable equipment and dependable backup is absolutely essential, and Ashby’s have consistently delivered both. Their experience in the industry clearly shows, and it gives you confidence knowing you’re buying from people who truly understand carpet cleaning equipment inside and out.

The Enforcer machines themselves are fantastic to work with. They’re easy to use, incredibly durable, and built to last. Even after years of heavy use, they continue to perform brilliantly. That’s one of the reasons I keep coming back and why I now own three of them. When you find something that works this well, there’s no reason to change.

First I would like to recommend the training courses that Ashbys offer, I did a whole week learning how to use the equipment’ products and sales techniques.
I chose first the Ninja with steam mate the went a few years later to purchase the Enforcer, both excellent machines. I have always used Ashbys equipment and cleaning products because I know they do the job and customers always comment on the fresh smell.
