Said they would refund me the amount. 1 week later and nothing received!
Was told by the owner they don't have the password to their Paypal account as they've just bought the company....

Sound strange? Order from your local high street shop...

great service-the underlay I ordered was out of stock, but the company phoned and offered me a better quality one for same price, fast delivery

Delivery was agreed for 15th, but was made 6 days earlier (we were away), shippers left 45m2 of underlay on drive in rain for 6 days. Seller agreed to replace but would not take the soaking wet underlay away, leaving me to have to arrange. Saw the Tuffnells driver when he delivered the replacement and he was same driver - when asked why he left original delivery 6 days early on driveway in rain he was rude, abusive & aggressive. Seller could not explain why they allowed 6 day early delivery to be made. I would not use again & will avoid Tuffnells in future if they are the shipper/

Was a little worried i wouldn't get the underlay in time for what i needed. I emailed later that night around 8pm thinking they would get it first thing in the morning. Surprisingly i got a reply an hour later telling me they would contact the courier first thing in the morning to find out where my order was and give me a delivery time. I need not have worried at all the delivery came 8:30 am the next day. I ordered around 10pm Sunday and it came 8:30 Tuesday morning. Fantastic service and will definitely use again.

The order process was smooth, the delivery was very prompt and the underlay and accessories were very well wrapped for transit. And their prices are very, very good. I was impressed. Will use them again.

Paid for speedy delivery, as needed it quickly. phoned on the Monday to check it had been despatched to be told that no it hadn't, asked as to why and was told quite flippantly that they had to change delivery because of the amount we had ordered, I then asked when were they planning telling me and she said Tuesday!!! This would have been the day we were expecting delivery. I pointed out I paid for a next day delivery charge and she would in fact be phoning me on the day it was due to be delivered. She wasn't bothered, her attitude stunk, I asked for a refund, at no point did she apologise or even understand why I was a little upset.
