Josh was at ease and friendly ...punctual and did all my rugs, carpets with great care and attention. He even cleaned my chaise lounges that had stains on it as it is pretty old! Also he had some fans to dry carpets so everthing was dry by the time he was finished ...so deserves 5 stars

Josh arrived on time and told us how he would proceed. He discussed the problem stains and explained how he would treat them. While he was there my husband tracked oil in, he alerted us to this problem and dealt promptly with the stains.

They did an amazing job on my carpet.

I used to use a rug doctor, whenever I had a hard to remove stain. And although they did alright, you could still see the stain a bit.

I thought I'd take a chance on a professional cleaner for a change and all I can say is I should have sooner.

The job they did was amazing, the carpet looks spot on, I can't see the stains at all now. The man was so friendly and helpful.
