During the sales process Dal appears to be helpful a friendly, however on ordering with him and asking to check the architects drawings to ensure the sizes I gave were correct, he didn't. On fitting we discovered that I had made an error, and that Dal hadn't checked as specifically requested. He would not take any responsibility for not checking as asked and made excuses for going with what I had ordered and that he doesn't ever check provided sizes.
During the fitting process his fitter and his fitter’s son used the toilets inside the house when these were not fully installed and there was a portaloo outside leaving the builder to have to pump out the excrement left in the bowl. Again, no responsibility taken, just excuses and blame elsewhere.
Finally, the fitting was not done particularly well around the stairs and we arranged to have the fitter back to fix. On his arrival to site, seeing the stairs were covered by a protective covering he turned around and left not even speaking to the builder. It was left with Dal to rearrange another visit when they were in the area however this was not forthcoming and due to other stuff going on was left for a number of months before we reconnected.
On contacting Dal again to rearrange the visit the excuses and blame came out again. He now wanted to charge us for the visit to correct the bad workmanship that his team left us with. I am currently trying to get him to provide the service we paid for with the aftercare and good customer service one would like to think would be standard, but to no avails.
Please be careful in using this company.
