Highly recommend, brilliant service!
I have been more than pleased with the service provided by Carpets & More. Akrum and Jason have been extremely helpful and communicated all updates to me via email and phone to ensure I knew exactly what was coming and when. I can't recommend C&M LTD enough! I had an outstanding customer service experience and a fast delivery too. I ordered my vinyl flooring through C&M and it was delivered to me within 5 days! All staff, from the gentleman I spoke on the phone asking details and delivery times about the product I was interested in, to the gentleman who delivered it very carefully, they've all been professionals, polite and accurate on their promises!
I placed my order on Monday 03/02 and received it this morning, Friday 07/02. During this time I was receiving updated emails about the status of my order. Mr Akram, thank you for your professionalism and your accuracy all this time. You have definitely won another happy customer and will definitely recommend you to friends and family. The order was made under the name Polymenis - Alma vinyl - 5m width.

I would use Carpet and More again
I would certainly use Carpet and More again. Delivery was really quick and I was updated regularly by their excellent customer service team via email and calls. My only critique would be that they couldn/'t deliver to the first floor (property is a flat) so I had to make arrangements to more the carpet myself from a garage to the flat.

Great price, great customer service
Great price, very helpful. Prob couldn’t have asked for more as the delivery truck was to large to get to my property but the guys helped us find another way to get the carpet delivered on time. Customer service the way it should be!

Excellent service and delivered on time
Wanted a specific vinyl flooring and needed it quickly due to build date coming forward at short notice. Akram and Jason were very helpful and delivered on the date initially requested which was very important to avoid a delay with our builder.

There was a problem with the delivery…
There was a problem with the delivery as it was being sent to the Highlands but Akram and Jason sorted it out most professionally. They were helpful and informative and when the carpet did arrive, due to very secure packing, it was still in perfect condition. Would highly recommend this company.
