I received 10 boxes of laminate flooring that were severely damaged. The replacements were delayed and then mismatched, meaning my fitter couldn’t continue the job. I now have 4 unopened boxes I can’t use because of their errors. The company has ignored my last two emails and refuses to collect or refund the faulty/incorrect goods, despite their own Terms & Conditions stating they will. Their website has no complaints process, the search function doesn’t work, and even their Trustpilot banner doesn’t link anywhere. This is the most obstructive and unprofessional retailer I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs.
