They delayed the parcel by a month - Received Incomplete parcel with CIC Unit missing.

Provided wrong/incomplete installation video of some youtuber.
No manual instructions to install - Better to get something cheap from Amazon

Absolutely horrendous to deal with have had my order over 2 months. Had issues with the tracking number had to send multiple emails to figure out when it would be delivered, when it arrived i was missing a harness to install into my car. Emailed them about my issue took weeks for a response, sent over what was asked of me when they did respond and again have had no response 6 emails later . Still waiting on a "response" still haven't a working system complete joke.

I ordered the CarPlay system for BMW 1 Series F20-F22 and the one that arrived is for BMW F30. I have tried to contact the company on multiple platforms and have no response.

What a scam and shambles of a company. Ordered a radio for €340 2 months ago. Not as much as a tracking number or reply from an email have I got. If you text them on WhatsApp or instagram it’s an AI bot that can’t help you out. I emailed them 12 times and I never got one response off them. Scam and very badly mannered business. Do not attempt to purchase off this company. You will be out money.

Sent me the wrong parts. I emailed for the part a week ago and still no reply.

Typical dropshipping business where your order isn't actually in stock but its still at their supplier (most likely)in china. You will be weeks and possibly months waiting if you buy from them

I have ordered my radio order number #1805 was ordered on the 11/02/2026 and I still haven’t received an email to say it was dispatched I was wondering what the story is with it

Great experience all round the team were able to answer my questions and addressed my concerns about shipping. The product itself was very easy to install had it done and ready to go within 20 minutes and it is working even better than I had expected. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid This Company — No Order, No Replies, No Support
I strongly advise others to stay well clear of this company. I placed an order on 1st February 2026 and still haven’t received it. There have been zero updates on shipping or delays. I’ve sent six emails and not one has been answered. The webchat was useless and only redirected me back to the same unresponsive support email.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, transparency, and basic respect for customers has made this an incredibly frustrating experience. Based on what I’ve gone through, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Awful service. Do not use.. radio was delivered after 5 or 6 weeks but it would not connect to my car. After multiple attempts to contact the company they eventually responded saying they would send the correct adapter. Nothing happened. This has gone on for months. They have stopped responding to me. Do not use this company.

Been 2 weeks and I cannot get a hold of them. No sign of my order being shipped even thought they have money and confirmation email.

Product are over priced as u can find the same ones on Ali express for a fraction of the price

Taking to long for delivery

Delivery time is outrageous, added to the fact that it suggests its coming from europe but you then get hit with import duty.
The Company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Inital message was responded to and since then a number of attempt contacts and follow up contacts have been ignored.

Second time ordering from these lads and I’m just as satisfied as the first. The quality is top-notch, with no delay or lag whatsoever compared to other brands I’ve tried. They were super easy to contact and very responsive throughout. Nothing but praise for them — highly recommend.

Great product! Had previously ordered a similar system from Amazon that was not satisfactory. This is the real deal. Had a few questions to which a gentleman gave me lots of information on. Would definitely recommend.
