Be aware of a scam! I purchased software that claimed it did not require a jailbreak. However, upon installation, I discovered that it was just a bunch of advertisements prompting me to buy devices for video reproduction. After returning to their website to investigate, I read that "no jailbreak required" was just a trick to lure customers into buying the software. In reality, you need a jailbroken device to add third-party apps to the carplay. Despite reaching out to their support team and requesting a refund, I never received a response. As a result, I will be reporting this scam to my card issuer.
Purchased the WheelPal app and doesn't work as stated. emailed customer service @ carplayhacks.com but never responded
I bought one item from their store last week. Paid it and got an email "Your Carplay Hacks Store order has been received!" but never heard back from them. Sent a lot of messages and emails but no answer. I don’t any more information about the order status. This is doesn’t sound good.
