The Carr Williams team is developing into a really strong unit, providing integrity and clarity and a service that has left me feeling I'm in capable and safe hands. Issues with rental have been handled efficiently and care and when I speak with the staff there, I feel as if nothing is too much trouble or beyond their knowledge.

What a breath of fresh air Kavita is. As landlords we have dealt with other local estate agents and they have been non responsive, frustrating to deal with and have cost us a small fortune in unnecessary work.

Carr Williams assisted us with marketing our property for sale and for rent (both at the same time). Left myself a bit of a task by commencing a local search for a place to rent with just one month until I completed on the sale of my house. Jasmine worked very hard on showing me the available properties and between Jasmine and Kavita they worked extremely hard in communicating with landlords and getting me housed. They worked so hard I was still able to get a bit of a deal in regard to my monthly rent and checked into my new property with 2 days grace before I had too hand over the keys to the place I was selling. Very pleased with all their hard work.

Having engaged Carr Williams to find me a good quality tenant, I was very impressed with the work that Kavita and Jasmine did.
