first buying experience was awesome and the order went through very smoothly and there were updates on all the steps.

Although the product i bought did not fit my requirement, I was truly impressed by the customer service throughout.
My email was immediately replied to.
Ankit followed up throughout until the bag was returned and the refund was confirmed.

Its a shame that the bag didn't fit what I was looking for.
But the customer experience will definitely make me remember to shop here in the future.

I am so happy and contented to get hand on Hobo 40 after doing a lot of research over internet. I saw the bag with my friend and immediately fell for it. The bag is suberb in design, with plenty of spaces, organisers, zips and stiches are all top notch. Can't resist in going to a weekend trip with this beautiful piece.

The team Carry pro is Suberb and customer friendly.

Being a traveler and a content creator, I am always in search of good bags that I can use for a long time, and also, I can carry all my stuff in it.

Carrypro bag is certainly an extremely fine product I came across it on Instagram and ordered myself one instantly.
Happy with the design, durability and its very light on weight which is one important factor for me.

Bag’s really good.
Ratings for Bag and not the delivery, cause i got all torned up box from the sides.
Didn’t raise a issue cause the bag inside was in good condition.
And if the small bag inside the pango bag would have had a outer zip for keeping things like metro card and all it would have been easy.

Straps can be better in mojo. Rest all good

Customer Service needs to be improved, as I see a lag in addressing customer queries and customer first attitude is really missing. Also, if there are delays with the delivery partner's side, it should be informed to the customer, rather than customer following up with the Carry pro team.

Return policy is only 2 days. It should be at least 15 days(Other vendors like Amazon are having 15 days period) and it is the basic expectation of any customer who gets your product. If the customer is stuck somewhere during delivery and he couldn't see the product at his home for 2 days & if he/she likes to return the bag on their return (let's say after 4 days), then it might not be eligible for refund.

No warranty card has given. They're saying just order id is the warranty number. Customer at least expects a warranty pdf document to send in an email.

Please develop customer friendly policies.

The backpack is great!
I purchased it for day to day use and I am amazed at the amount of space and pockets this case has!
Definitely worth the amount spent on it!

I just made a purchase of carry pro Pango but it is not accurate as per expectation, It needs a lot of improvement.
1. Inner bag is taking up a lot of space if they remove the inner bag and make the padding inside the main bag then there would be more space to put more accessories.
2. A small hanging pocket is made outside the bag to put the gimble or tripod, but when you put your tripod or gimble in the bag you can not put that bag on the surface because that pocket hang 8-10 inch below the bag and while putting bag on the surface, tripod or gimble get up and distance ..
3. it is not easy to take the camera out from the pocket made for it, it is stuck as there are 2 layers we need to open.
4. I can put only 2 small camera bodies, 1 DJI Mavic Pro, and 1 lens in it. and other accessories are put in a miss managed way, which can get scratches.

I loved the fact that it had many small compartments which can be very handy. Also it has a laptop side sleeve for those workaholics. Overall its an amazing bag. Thank you Carry pro:) You guys are awesome 🙂

I can't give an honest review yet because I haven't used it. I'd The bag looks very sturdy and has lot of space for somebody who knows how to pack light and essentials only. If ure someone who prefers having extras for everything u will have trouble fitting stuff into the bag as it's capacity is 40L only.
The zips can be stronger, having paid 3.2k for the the bag I expect better quality zips( I don't have to use the bag to review this part of the bag) I would not mind paying a few extra bucks for better zip quality as the bag otherwise is very good and strong.

I got HOBO40 and Pango camera bag, I really bought this when I saw Akanksha Monga using it and she showed the specifications of the bag I was quite impressed and decided to go for it, It has so many pockets, the manufacturer has taken care of all the little things that a traveler is looking for, hat's off CarryPro, big Kudos to you guys!

Their products are amazing and perfect for a photographer.
The moment I bought my Pango backpack and then the Anti-microbial Safety Face Mask it makes me feel awesome.
I have also suggested the products to my fellow photographers to get one for themself too and they got it without any hesitation.

It was a very nice experience from the support team of carrypro, the package was goos and product reached me on time, the product itself is very impressive and work of art. Very useful for traveling persons, many compartment, enough room space, safe and proper weight distribution system they've developed. It's a product of an new indian startup so it's bit expensive but I wish very best to the company and hope with more sale this product would reach to many across the country.

I don't know how this company hasn't blown up yet. It's the best camera backpack I've ever used as compared to big brands like vanguard and lowepro. It delivers the quality and the durability it promises. The unboxing experience is excellent and the booklet it comes along is very useful to use your backpack to its full potential. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a premium bag.
