I had a great experience selling my car with Cars24. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and very convenient from start to finish.

The online inspection, contract signing and payment process were all handled professionally. I received the deposit quickly and the remaining payment was transferred to my bank before the vehicle pickup, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process.

A special thanks to Bhuvnesh for his excellent support and clear communication throughout the whole process. He was very helpful and made everything easy to understand.

Bad experience, they give you a good number to get you in then once they do the video walk around that number changes by a few thousand dollars. My car is like new they could not fault it but yet would not honour there original offer. Stay away and save the heart ache of being taking for a fool.

I was very happy with my experience. I was reluctant at first as I was worried it might be a scam because it sounded too good to be true but it was legit. Everything they promised, they delivered. No pressure to drop off the car until you receive your money. They even fast tracked the process for me because they knew I was going to buy another car over the weekend.

I have just sold my car through Cars24 and found the experience very positive. Nitin and the team were very clear and direct in their communication. The process was straightforward and, ultimately, satisfying. Having tried for four weeks to sell online through the most popular online car sales website, I was feeling quite dispirited – with people making lowball offers, appointments they didn’t keep, and offers which fell through. The Cars24 process was all completed online with photos and paperwork sent by email. Once we had agreed on a price, the money was deposited in my bank account within 72 hours. Having received various unacceptable offers and trade-in prices, I was happy with the price paid by Cars24. I feel it was very fair. Thank you to Nitin and the team.

Terrible experience. Do not use them to sell your car. The process is time consuming and you feel like you’re being conned all the way through the process. Communication was terrible, I had to make multiple calls to find out what the next step was after my virtual inspection. I was told they would return my call and they never did. I was finally made a low ball offer, only to be told that they would have to inspect the car in the shop and I may need to pay for any defects the find after they’ve take possession of the car. Stick with your instant offer from Carsales. Far more trustworthy
