Ordered some Bosch injectors for my e92 m3, and they arrived pretty quickly to North America. Genuine parts and really great deal.

FRAUD do not deal with these low life vermin, they can not be trusted

I read on the forum that they sell headlights for my Golf 7, but the negative reviews put me off buying. And then there were those US import tariffs. But I really wanted to get myself a Christmas present. I contacted their support team and placed an order. The package took two weeks to arrive, but everything arrived intact! Thank you!

Took a week to even send my order, everything in stock...

Even though the parts that I ordered were on-wait for 3-5 days I emailed them asking what's the expected shipping time and they gave me a date 45 days in future. I tried calling them and they declined the call 5 times within a span of 2 hours. It takes them 2 business days to answer an email.

The package was sent by the date they mentioned.
It was a few days after the day I put the order in as they specified at checkout. That was the time that it took for them to source the package.

I ordered a clutch kit. The cheapest they offered. This was so I can get in into Israel without paying for it at customs (less than $75).

Delivery was with EMS and ten days after ordering (not business days, regular days) the package arrives at my doorstep.

When car parts are so expensive in Israel that is a real treat. The parts that I needed doesn't appear on the Ministry of Transportation's list of parts that require the confirmation that the part is stands by standards and that it fits the car that I own. That is a bureaucardical procedure that I was afraid to get to.

Beware Customs duties !
They look like a UK company but they are not!
They are based in Latvia so if you buy anything from them you have to pay import taxes - which they don't mention anywhere in their advertising!
I contacted them and they refused to pay these taxes so I refused to accept the item from the post office.
After several months it was 'returned to sender' and Cars245 eventually refunded my initial purchase payment.

BEWARE CUSTOMS FEES.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.
I’ve given one star only because there is not the option to give zero stars. I ordered from their uk website with a uk contact email address. They then sent the item from Latvia and when it hadn’t arrived by due date, I found it was held up in Uk customs. I was told I had to pay £162 import duty. The firm refused to take the item back and I was forced to pay or loose the £750 I had initially paid. They refuse to accept they were being deceitful. Absolutely disgusting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.

Took my money, gave me a shipping date, then after a week after that date, said they did not have the item. Waiting for refund.
They seem to want to sell you things they don’t have……
Time wasters.

Orderd some materials for my old Car. After several e-mails en 2 months later there were 2 pieces not available. again 2 months later after a bad e-mail they canceld my order. Stay away of this website. NOT WORTH IT.

Even though Cars245 are based in Latvia they communicate well, the website is easy to use and it is easy and clear as to which part fits your car. They shipped instantly and gave regular updates on location and a working tracking number. I will be using Cars245 again, if you ever have a problem or question flick them an email, they usually respond within a day. Thank you Cars245 for supplying me with crucial parts.

Don't use this company!
Their website stated they had 11 of the tailgate lights I needed in stock. However, after waiting over 2 weeks for them to "prepare" my order for 1 x tailgate light, they have now cancelled the order with no explanation.
Complete waste of time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -- said part was in stock but when paid for it came back and said was unavailable - still waiting for refund was $500USD
probably will not see the money - they are fraudsters and scammers

1. I was sent a voucher for my previous purchase via Ebay. No indication company was outside UK. 2 months later I get a demand for Customs from Royal Mail!
2. I sent copy Regulation, UK Customs and Excise- that clearly states the exemption of goods below £135 of any tax/excise/customs charges.
3. Cars245 filled in the Declaration form when posting this item of under £43 - must have done so erroneously to cause the charges imposed by the Post Office. Royal Mail is an acclaimed fraudulent entity for money laundering and fraudulent claims and extortion and only traders like cars245 encourage them to make fraudulent claims for tax and customs fees.
4. Such rogue traders and business community in Europe have this thing about BREXIT that is mentally excruciating for EU community and hence try to vengeance at every turn. Had I known that Cars245 failing business was located in the losing side of the world, I would not have for a second contemplated sending my order which was essentially to take advantage of the good faith discount voucher.
5. The consequence of all this is then the unnecessary delay in receiving my money back only because the fraudsters Royal Mail only act on the return after some 8 weeks (I have already lost 2 months waiting for the items)!. During which period, cars245 reputation and that of Royal mail will be further diminished.
6. I have now left 2 highly critical Review on your business, businesses in Europe, and Royal Mail. All in all, I will get my money back, but your reputation will be in tatters by the time that happens. My advice to Cars245 and Royal Mail- make it easy on yourself and pay up for your gross misconduct now and ask for forgiveness!

I had a faultless experience with this site. Some of the other reviews here made me hesitant but I'm glad I went with them. Good range of good brands at good prices with reasonable freight rates, and parts arrived in Australia in literally seven business days with the cheapest freight rate (that was available for my parts' weight).

I ordered a microswitch module which to be fair looks like a genuine part as described, but I paid £75 delivery charges included to the UK.
I then had a a royal mail note through the door for a £23 customs charge which I was not made aware of.
Contacted seller but they say I am liable for this charge so beware if ordering from the UK they did not make you aware of a customs charge when buying from the website.
