Sold a car that went wrong straight away

My daughter in law had a very bad experience, ending up paying 4 grand for a car that went wrong immediately, then ended up completely undriveable when car was returned with no coolant after it leaked on the journey. I have photos of some rude text messages received when my son tried to sort it out, as my daughter in law was so upset by it all. There was no accountability for selling a car that was in a poor condition. A mechanic has now visited their address to inspect the car and it's going to be a very expensive fix.
