I attended a webinar of mr Saroj Nanda…

I attended a webinar of mr Saroj Nanda on the 18th of Aug.. It was very practical and informative. Though we are therr in the industry for quite few years but these minute details were not highlighted. His delivery was also very touchy, as if I was talking to him personally.

Excellent training

Excellent training! The sessions were very engaging and filled with practical tips that actually work in the showroom. I especially liked how the trainer focused on understanding customer psychology and building long-term relationships instead of just pushing for sales. My communication skills have improved, and I now know how to guide a customer smoothly from inquiry to closing. Truly a value-added program for anyone in the automotive industry.

The training was very useful and gave…

The training was very useful and gave me a clear understanding of modern car sales techniques. I learned new strategies for approaching customers, handling objections, and closing deals. The examples shared were practical and easy to apply. The only thing I wish was included is a bit more time on digital sales methods, as many customers now research online before visiting the showroom. Overall, a great learning experience and definitely worth it!
