I purchased the vehicle check service for 10 GBP, and could not get the basic informations such as VIN number. When trying to contact their page, all inquiries result in "There was an error sending your message. Please try again later."

Hi Gabrielius,
DVSA view the VIN as Personally Identifiable Information and an automotive fraud risk if made publicly available. As such our vehicle check does not publicly display the VIN but instead allows you to enter the VIN you have copied from the vehicle chassis/logbook in order to verify it is indeed correct VIN held for the vehicle.
As mentioned by our support team, the VIN you entered to verify in your vehicle check was not the correct VIN as held by the DVSA and issued by the manufacturer and has therefore flagged the vehicle as "High Risk!" in your report.
We hope we've been able to successfully resolve your issue. If you do need further assist, you can re-open your service request ticket by responding to our last support email.

In addition, your full vehicle report includes checks for outstanding finance, insurance write-off, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), previous keepers and other additional premium information not available free elsewhere.

The checks need to be HPI approved and…
Good service and care about their feedback to look for improvements. Take the time to look into queries and to be honest and helpful when they can. Not sure that this company is actually registered correctly or why there would be two companies registered for HPI checks.

Thank you for communicating with our support team.
As we've understood, you've run a separate check for the vehicle on the HPI website and they were unable to return any data for the vehicle whereas the vehicle check you ran with us (Cars GT) had all the vehicle details.
Based on this, you believe that if HPI doesn't have details for a vehicle, we shouldn't either so our vehicle check must be incorrect. This is not the case as our system is designed to prevent the sale of a vehicle check where a vehicle does not exist. Simply put, if we do not hold any up-to-date data for a vehicle, we cannot sell you a check.
To ensure the accuracy and conciseness of our vehicle checks, we collate vehicle details and check their validity with multiple sources including HPI and the DVLA.
All the data provided for the vehicle in your Cars GT vehicle check has been checked and I can confirm it is up to date and accurate. We've also checked the vehicle with the DVLA and it is a registered vehicle.
As explained, we are a separate entity from HPI and thus we are unable to comment on or resolve any issues with the vehicle check you ran on the HPI website. You will need to contact HPI directly to resolve any issues as this is something we are unable to assist you with.

Thanks for forwarding the link to your HPI check. On close inspection, it looks like you have made an error and substituted the 'X' for a 'K' in the registration you checked on the HPI website and is therefore not the same registration you checked with us.
The incorrect registration you checked with HPI is not registered to a vehicle hence why your HPI vehicle check had no data. This is something you'll have to contact HPI about directly should you require a resolution.

The VIN is partially hidden on the vehicle report as a security measure to prevent automotive fraud. Our ‘Extended ID’ check allows you to enter the VIN etched on the vehicle you’re looking to purchase, and will verify its accuracy as a measure to prevent you buying a cloned vehicle.
