I was looking for a company to transport my car from one state to another state. I was guaranteed a price over a text message and then I was sent a contract where it stated the price I was going to pay. Everything went well until day of pickup. I was waiting for the truck driver to pickup my car and no notice of what happened to the truck driver. Then I called I was told that the truck driver got in an accident. They looked for another truck driver and doubled the price and I stand firm with my price and I was guaranteed the price now I am being told another price and that I will not get the same price I was guaranteed. They refuse to give a refund for there error of not giving the right price since the beginning.

Great company to work with

The cool thing about this company is I always talk to Jennifer and she knows her company and I always speak to her from booking the transport and when it gets delivered. She knows my needs. We move odd vehicles to various states for kids charity events. Cars like the Batmobile, Lightning McQueen, even Tow Mator! Jennifer is very good with follow up on pick up and arrival. I always feel like I'm talking to a friend when we communicate about my transportation needs.

It was a great experience working with them, the payment was made on time and the car was available for pickup on the scheduled date. Everything went well and I would work with them again.
