Organised for my side mirror cover and indicator to be replaced. They communicated last minute that they couldn’t come for the organised day. Once the service was done, there were scuff marks or glue marks on the actual cover , as well as the cover was the wrong colour (navy instead of black). Joe the manager said nothing could be done apart from take the parts back as the cost to repaint was too high, and to only pay for the indicator (leaving me without a cover again). I had communicated I wanted the service done properly and was not paying for half a job, Joe organised for the technician to come back without communicating a day or time (came once without any notice, I was not home) and removed the cover and also took the indicator back and put the broken parts back. I had contacted Joe as to why the indicator was also taken away and he did not respond to me.
Bad and dodgy service, tried to do a half job and give dodgy parts. Do not trust.

Dealing with this company, specifically Jack was one of the worst experiences in my life.
Their web site clearly indicate they would do I repair at home.
I received a quote of $460 that I felt that was quite overpriced. I looked at other options.
Due to various issue I decided to accept the quote and I contacted Jack.
He then said the quote was base on me bringing in my car otherwise it would be another $70.

If this is the ethics on how this company or their employers operate, then STAY AWAY

It's been two weeks since I had my side mirror repaired, and I'm really happy with how it works! The best part is the lifetime warranty, which gives me great peace of mind.

I initially thought the deal was too good to be true—it was affordable, convenient, and I only paid after the job was done. The team really put me at ease, and the service was excellent.

This company is dodgy! DO NOT use if you are wanting a genuine replacement. We were quoted for the replacement of our side mirror and asked if this was for a genuine Toyota part. The reply was, 'We only use genuine parts and do not recommend using non-genuine parts.' All good, so we booked the replacement in. The 'technician' rocked up in a small hatch vehicle that did not look like an experienced workman vehicle. 'Technician' did not have great English but was helpful and friendly. He also assured us that this was a genuine part (I'm not sure if he fully understood what we meant or not). Part was installed and we checked it over and could not find a Toyota label anywhere. We questioned the 'technician' about this and he didn't know what to do other than contact his 'boss' (via text only. He said he wasn't able to call the 'boss'). This contact was made and the offer of a genuine part being supplied and fitted the next day was made. We suggested that we would be okay to keep the non-genuine part at a reduced price. The 'boss' offered a tiny discount but wouldn't budge. We suggested he could ring us to negotiate a fair deal but again text was the only option. The 'technician' removed the new mirror and replaced it with the old one and we cancelled our job. Very dodgy suggesting that parts are genuine when they are not.

I was worried about getting fake parts, but Joe and the team assured me their products were genuine and explained their origin. The repair was perfect, and I left feeling confident in the quality.
