PLEASE PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS before you buy anything from these lot.6th may2025 ordered some diesel injection cleaner £12 .recived a empty box that ROYAL MAIL KINDLY put on a clear bag with printed instructions on and help number .After 9 ..yes 9 emails and telling them I was going to the obasman ect I recived a replacement all bent and busted lid. Total Waste of time of money .STICK TO AMAZON OR EBAY There a joke Complete scam ( pictures if you want to see them.).

Will not reply to my emails and had to pay royal mail £7 unpaid postage for an item which was free postage, steer clear of this company

What a dreadful organisation to deal with.

I placed an order for a 20ltr drum of specialist engine oil and thought this would be and easy transaction, most sellers are to be honest, how wrong I was.

I had no confirmation of the order except from PayPal, thinking no more I thought I would email them to check if they had the order, after several emails and two days of no replies I thought I would call them, that also didn't work as the phone went to voicemail every time I left messages to call me but never happened, then i received an email after hours (very strange for a business) However they never answered my questions just kept saying its the bad weather and we don't have a delivery Company for this specialist product, strange as they sell oils?

Finally after four days said sorry we cannot supply and will re-fund you. That left me no option but to travel out and going and collect oil from another suppliers. After returning home what do I find they have delivered the oil miraculously, however no Invoice and never received any shipping info or order acknowledgement. what a rubbish way to run a company. I am now left with a £300 oil bill.
I have since received an email to show the tracking of my oil several days after, However what I asked for - Confirmation of the order and most importantly an Invoice they have never answered or supplied.
A very unprofessional set up Avoid this firm at all costs.

Don't buy from them.
I order from them but somehow after PayPal payment I notice there was my old address,
I email them about it straight away and gave them my new address.
They email me back:

"Thank you for contacting our CarSmart Customer Service Support. We had sent the request of correcting the shipping address but it is an automatic system that dispatches orders to our Delivery partner then if the request goes through properly we will keep you informed"

After week and three more emails I finally find out my item was send to my old address but somehow I didn't get any information that my item was sended or any tracking number.I visit person who live there now and he said there was no package for me.
So I ask Carsmart can they send me proof of delivery no answer.
I send another 4 email with request of proof of delivery they ignoring me.
Don't bother to call them I tried about 10 times, they don't answer the phone unless you like voice mail.

I talked to Blane a full week about a 2014
audi a7 that he said was in the shop on the week of January 9-12. I specifically asked him to call me regarding the car,and he said he would being that I was so persistent about the car.I called him today January 19 and he answered the phone and said the car was sold.He never called me and said he emailed me but I never received any emails from Blane.HIS REASON FOR NOT RETURNING MY CALLS WAS THAT IT WAS EASIER FOR him TO JUST PUSH A BUTTON RATHER THAN CALLING A RETURNING CUSTOMER (IVE BOUGHT FROM YOU ALL BEFORE).This was really bad business and I'm very disappointed that you all would do business in this manner.I recommend you go elsewhere if your looking for honest people.

Ordered and never received anything!

No customer service, tried both via email and telephone and no response at all. They take your money and don't deliver with no contact at all.

This purchase did start off with a negative review….
The company sent me some oil, two plastic bottles were damaged..
Due to some kind of email problems (I’m not sure about) I checked my spam filter etc and could not find a problem at my email side..
But to be fair when we did start to communicate Daniel is very professional and courteous. All companies can have problems with deliveries but it’s the way they get over them that makes the difference..!
The replacement bottles were sent out very quickly..
Well done Car Smart.
I would Happily recommend them and continue to purchase from this company..

Take your money and don't deliver, order despatched mid Janaury no goods mid February numerous emails chasing on the support email and not even a single reply.

Good clean service, I think the pandemic might have delayed some deliveries but very happy with the service. We need to support UK businesses

Disgusting attitude, lousy customer service. Sent inferior product and will do nothing about it. Thieves, conmen and cheats

Dishonest Company - Do Not Waste Your Money

Happy to take full payment upfront only to then deliver less than 40% of what was ordered!

No communication received despite numerous attempts to speak with someone on the phone or via email.

At this stage we can only advise not to work with this company as they will steal your money and ignore you

I ordered some cleaning and valeting products, which arrived within 2 days and were in excellent condition! I will definitely be ordering again!

Wish I'd read these reviews before. Placed an order 3 weeks ago not received, no reply to email and voicemail always always full. Money taken straight away.
Please do not order with these who still seem to be trading.

I ordered from them, never received goods, phone voice box always full, emails sent but no response.

Terrible service. Order never arrived. Received partial refund still waiting for remaining money. Avoid!

Placed an order and the items never arrived after 2 weeks. Contacted the company and they replied once asking me to wait longer, then when I chased again after another week they stopped responding by email and have never answered the phone. Had to raise a credit card charge back to get my money back. Do not order from this company.

Thiefs. Never buy from their website. The battery jump starter that I orered wasn't working. I sent the item back asking for refund. It's one month now and I never received it. They not answering phone or email.

The paint I ordered has not been delivered. Two months later, 14 emails, many telephone calls unanswered, and I have still not received my goods. Carsmart took the money immediately. They promised me a refund, but it has never come through. I have reported Carsmart for a breach under the Consumer Goods Act. I would never deal with this company again as they are dishonest.
