What a ride…
On August the twentieth I pre-ordered a doll which was supposed to be shipped to me in September, a few weeks pass and I decide to contact customer services. First of all, it took quite a while before they answered me, and the answers were very vague. They inform me that I’ve already picked up my package, keep in mind I had gotten no tracking number or any sort of verification that the package was shipped. The package they were referring to was from a completely different company? Now, at that moment I (understandably) get pretty pissed, so I start sending them receipts etc. and finally the day after (september 29) they tell me that they’ll send me the doll. I’m still waiting to receive it, I’ll update when I do.
To sum it up: terrible customer service and risky business. I will not be buying from them again, however I’m happy that everything got solved in the end…

Do not trust this shady business. They’re taking your money without sending the items you ordered. When you get your “order” it’s fake products.
