Enquired re a motor home, was given an email to contact. Ended up being Victoria, Senior Sales Exec, Carsnip. Motor home was in Cardiff. I needed to pay £125 to see.
Someone else tried to scam me like this twice before under different names. Please save yourselves the aggro and stay a long way away.
Looked at a van advertised in Bridgend on facebook market place, when i enquired about it i was told it was being dealt with by the head of sales with Autotrader and it was in Manchester in their secure lockup. I was then transferred to carsnip about paying for the unseen van with a transport fee of £125, they wanted the full payment by bank transfer saying payment was guaranteed for 6 mnths. I emailed carsnip questioning if the payment could be made a different way ie credit card but have not had a reply? Very dodgy dealing, i'd leave well alone!!!!!
