I had to sell my car due to aging & transmission issues & was glad that I found Carstub.com.The person that came to my house was Justin Lopez who was so professional with very excellent communication explaining to me how the process works & after his super negotiating was able to come up with a figure that was satisfying to me with an excellent personality & felt very comfortable doing business with him.I hated to let my car go but after nearly 8 years & the amount to repair it was more costly then the vehicle so I sadly felt it was best to let the car go.My wife had a nickname for my former Jaguar T-Type which she called her princess & was and is still so sad that the car is gone with a lot of memories to cherish from that car.I would definitely recommended Carstub to anybody wanting & needing to sell their car.They are the best & would us them in the future if I need to & would have Justin take of it & recommend Justin & Carstub to anybody. Justin deserves a raise. He is calm, cool & collective & know his job so very well.He should be promoted.

I sold my car to them and they delayed…
I sold my car to them and they delayed to pay to the bank.Because of that , my Car EMI has been debited from my account. So, they paid to the bank with 1 month payment less and they never return my one month EMI debited from my account. I tried to call them multiple times, and always get answer like the finance person is busy, out for coffee, all stupid excuses. I talked to the guy who came to my home to buy car , he said he will get back to me and he never did . It's been 8 month now , no response from them .

The overall experience was great from the initial phone call with a lady who was professional and helpful to the gentleman Adrian who did the vehicle inspection. Adrian was punctual and informative throughout the whole process. I am completely satisfied as the entire sale of our car was taken care of within 4 hours! Thank you Adrian and Carstub!!

Professional but very picky
They seem to be a very professional company, from initial contact through sale. Robert showed up on time and was very personable. I felt that they were nit-picky about the car I wanted to sell. While it was in good condition, it seemed like they wanted it to be perfect. They did not take into account that it was a 10-year-old car! They wanted to ding me for every little thing. The only reason I got the price I wanted was because I had an offer from CarMax that they needed to beat. I would recommend doing business with them, just be prepared.
