I ordered a golf laser rangefinder on 11th November and had an e-mail reply thanking for the order which will be shipped shortly. Some 57 days later I still await the goods. I have been fobbed off with the order is expected to ship soon, problems with customs, staff shortages, team is working 24/7 etc etc etc. E-mails from Pan Warner signing off with warm regards is just taking the michael !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL IT IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!

Cartcrate is a full scam. I went on their site 2 months ago and put a blanket set in my basket but somehow they put the charge through my personal debit account without me entering my password so I was so confused. I’ve been writing them for the full 2 months and they keep saying it’s on its way with fake names of people who claim to work there. So upset as they emptied my account. I always use PayPal so that’s what was so confusing how they got into my debit account. I am going to my bank next week and hopefully PayPal can help me out.
They make on line shopping sketchy😩

Im surprised with how many people got scammed by this company when i came here to write my own review.

But yes, they are not a trustworthy company. They do not uphold their promises. Customer service try to get out of helping you on purpose, saying they dont know anything and its not their fault. They did not ship my order until I had opened a paypal case almost 2 months after order. When i opened the case, they quickly purchased a shipping label to get a tracking number in order to get the case automatically closed.

I later found out that they shipped a random thing just to get a tracking number to get out of the case.

Paypal was very kind and allowed me to re-open the case when i contacted them. Thank you, paypal.

I ordered a baby shark back pack for my daughter for Christmas since early Dec'19 all Jessica & Pan could tell me item held up in customs trying to have it resolved and thanking me for my patience... Cart Crate committing Fraud these people need to be held accountable for their actions! Totally disgusted by this "so called" company. They don't even deserve a star should be zero.

I do believe this company is scam. Ordered on November 28th. Charged immediately and it is now December 26th and have received nothing. Email them several times and no response. Do not have a telephone contact information. Will be calling my credit card today to cancel transaction

Definitely a scam. I ordered comforter set in October and they charged my acct immediately and it’s Dec 26th today and still haven’t rec’d it. Wrote the company (2ce) and get the form: it is ready to ship out, will email you with tracking info. This of course never happens. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

You don't have a zero to rate. I ordered a trail camera November 23rd. Package hasn't shipped and cant get refund . Never make this mistake again

Avoid this company. I ordered a Range Finder on 31/10/19. Still waiting for delivery, having sent numerous e-mails. Received a few replies from Pan asking for my patience. When I requested a refund, I was told that it had been processed and shipped. They wouldn't refund until the gadget was returned. Still waiting on 22nd Dec. It was initially meant to be a birthday present, but that date passed, then I was hoping it would be a Christmas present and now it looks as if that won't be possible. Money was taken immediately, and their website guarantee delivery within 2/3 weeks even at busy periods. Now been 7 weeks for me, and two important occasions missed as a result of non delivery. I have just read the other reviews here on Cart Crate.
I would agree with them.
I ordered a golf laser in early November and the envelope and the bubble wrap packaging arrived at my door from the postman also with a note saying the packaging had been opened before it had reached the UK and there was no laser in the envelope.
Since the 17th of November so that is 1 month now I have sent 20 odd emails all with photos of the packaging and the Royal Mail statement that it had been opened. It says it upto the sender to to chase compensation with the Chinese mail service.
Anyway all I get back from someone called PAN, who always finishes the email with "warm regards""" is 2 line messages saying what the tracking number is and I need to look at that.
The tracking number tells me it has been delivered on the 17th of November.
I just keep going round in circles so it looks like it is a scam and I have been scammed, so please don't use Cart Crate on their facebook page for ordering goods.

This company is terrible. I placed an order over a month ago and was already charged. I cant even get a tracking number and doubt I will have it in time for christmas...I get nowhere with customer service ice....I son not recommend ordering anything from them

SCAM, SCAM and SCAM!

i bought a $110 bed set off of this website & after a month i never got a tracking number or anything!! so i emailed their customer service to try & get any information at all & they said they would contact receiving and get me a tracking number within 24 hours. but a week later i still got nothing so i again emailed simply asking for a refund, and within half an hour i was sent a tracking number. awful customer service, and the bed set came about 2 weeks later, it was okay but clearly a cheap knockoff of what i wanted.

Cart Crate is a SCAM WEBSITE that ALSO has a Facebook page!!! 80 - 90% of the advertisement ads on Facebook and Instagram are SCAMS!!! This SCAM WEBSITE has a F rating with the BBB and several UNRESOLVED complaints! If you order anything from this SCAM WEBSITE you may or may not receive your merchandise! If you HAPPEN to be one of the lucky ones to receive merchandise, it will be a KNOCKOFF of something from China! The SCAM WEBSITE has a P.O. Box address which should NEVER be TRUSTED. It has an email address, but NO telephone number restricting correspondence channels! The CRIMINALS behind this SCAM WEBSITE wants to remain ANONYMOUS to AVOID CRIMINAL PROSECUTION and other LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS!!! AVOID THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!! Happy Shopping!!!
