Substandard product and service
Long delivery time, lied about delivery and provided me with tracking from 6 months previous, then absolute trash turned up. Certainly not what I’d ordered and I’d never give it as a gift.
Stay away.

This is not a little ole lady making jewellery, this is a company in China scamming everyone. It is not real silver, its cheap metal. I'm one of the lucky ones I got my money back through PayPal. Do not be fooled by the picturesque website and lovely story. It is all untrue and you are just buying cheap Chinese tat that you can only return to China.
I thought this was a uk company. UK address. Item ordered is terrible asked for refund, I have to pay to post it back ... to China!
One of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Their products are not, as they claim, handmade. They are cheap and tacky Chinese-made pieces of junk. Lies upon lies from them. I'm currently waiting for a necklace I ordered 5 weeks ago. When I asked their support team to advise on the delay, they told me to contact the shipping company myself.
I have asked for a refund twice, and I'm now being ignored.
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY.
Dreadful service and rubbish goods. I ordered sausage dog ring so cheap and nasty doubt it will last a week
I purchase a hug pendant in July. The pendant was worn almost daily. The gold and silver finishes have worn off already. As it was supplied over 1 month ago, the supplier refused to take any action. Very inferior quality.
Clever targetted advertising on Facebook/Instagram, slick website and I fell for it. Ordered 3 items, saw it was coming from China, 3 items arrived similar to pictures but not gold or silver as stated. "Gold" necklace starting to blacken and rust after 1 week's wear.
Evil people. Total scam. Ordered a ring in the shape of a sausage dog in honour of my friends emotional support dog which she got after fighting cancer.Did not arrive. No answer to my emails. Scam - do not use.
Ordered two rings, buy one get one half price. After a very long time and after I contacted them only one arrived. Contacted them again and they replied saying I only ordered one. So sent copies of receipts and payments etc and they have now gone silent on me. Told them they are scammers but obviously no response. Don't order anything from these people.
Cheap Chinese tack, reported to Shopify, want me to pay for a return to China
Scam scam do not use jewellery is from Hong Kong its not silver but metal.
DO NOT USE
Can’t give a zero unfortunately. Scam. Advertising as a lovely lady and her dog making quality jewellery. Instead quality of a fairground grab gift worth nothing. Product arrived from Hong Kong damaged. Customer Service promises on website to get back within 24hours. Guess what … No response. AVOID THIS SCAM.
Fake goods, jewellery not stamped
Fraudulent website claiming to be independent jeweller whose retiring and closing - payments taken from one country, items sent from Hong Kong
A complete scam , ordered two items delivery quote was 7 to 14 days a month later no goods, several emails, just one excuse after another, false Evri tracking details, advertising a woman closing a business but in reality was a Chinese company, Hong Kong links , stay clear or lose your money.
Deceiving website. Earrings did arrive but quality not as expected. I should have done more research on company before placing order.
