DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My husband ordered a pair of boots for me for Christmas. They arrived very late, but that wasn't the biggest problem. It seems they have non-standard sizing, and will not honor their refund policy. I usually take a 7.5, but we ordered an 8 - you can always use an extra pair of socks to make them fit, but if they're too small, there's nothing you can do. The size 8 boots were too small; additionally, the zipper still suck, and would not make it around the bend at the heel. We asked to return them. Customer service offered to send us the next size up, and we could keep the ones that didn't fit. Since the company's website indicates a full refund if the replacement item has the same issues, we decided to accept. The replacement size 8.5 they sent was also too small (I have NEVER needed a size 9 in my life), and the zipper still got stuck at the bend at the heel of the boot. We asked them to honor the refund policy and they denied it saying that because the boot not fitting was not a quality issue - they did not address the fact that the zipper still didn't zip, which was most definitely a quality issue. We challenged the charge with our credit card company because Carter & Rowe would not honor their return policy. Carter & Rowe then accused us of "digital shoplifting." DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Carter & Rowe, Facebook clothing advertiser. KEEP SCROLLING.

This is a Facebook advertiser selling clothing for men and women. Their Facebook page says purchases can be "absolutely" and "simply" returned, However, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A FULL REFUND of your purchase if you are not happy with the product. They will discourage you from returning the product and offer you a partial refund between 25 and 50% of your cost. STAY AWAY.
