Very polite phone staff but claim took longer than expected
Last month, I was involved in a motorbike crash when a car pulled out on me at a junction. I broke my arm in two places and fractured my foot. I went on the internet and found carter green personal injury. I filled out my detail on their online application and received a call seconds later. I spoke to a lady who was very polite and explained exactly what would happen and what I needed to do. The claim went ahead and I got some compensation to cover the injuries just as I needed it.
Overall, I would recommend to a friend.

Words can't describe this company..

Being involved in a car accident is very disturbing experience, it can completely put you off driving. That’s something I can relate to because I too, had a major car accident a few months ago. This accident left me with 2 broken legs, and a fractured skull. The thoughts of not being able to walk again, is something unimaginable. I was left distort, both physically and mentally.

I decided to proceed with a compensation claim. A Carter Green Personal Injury advert popped up whilst I was on google, so I started to browse through their website. They seemed pretty good, but because I’ve never proceed with a claim I didn’t know what to expect. I filled out the online application, and literally received a call within seconds later. I received a call from a lovely lady called Tina. Tina was just incredible! She was so sympathetic, understanding and caring. I had to recall the entire incident, which was quite upsetting and at one point I even started crying. Tina was so reassuring, she helped comfort me, and make me feel at ease. Tina transferred me to a solicitor, who helped with the legal side and my compensation claim.

The amount of support I got from Carter Green was overwhelming, their such a family-like company who are willing to go an extra mile. They’ve provided me with both physically and mental support, and I can say I’ve never felt better. Honestly, words can’t describe this company.

I would 100% recommend Carter Green Personal Injury!!! :)

Spoke to these guys today

Got recommended to them by my brother - have to say that I'm glad I used these guys and not the solicitors my insurers wanted me to use.

Insurers must think that we're all stupid why would you use solicitors that you insurers recommend, they're never going to get me the most compensation! These guys will so keep up the good work Adam at Carter Green :)

I came across their website today and am very happy with the service offered after completing their online form. I got to speak to a Solicitor who answered all my questions; thanks for being so understanding. They emailed and posted out the documents for me to look over (which I normally hate reading through!) but that were very clear and easy to read so I've decided to instruct them to handle my Car accident claim - Just wanted to say thanks Tina for all your help with this :)
