I have just ordered 2 sofas and a snug chair from carters furniture. I traveled to order this because the customer service firstly with Jack then with Malcom was absolutely superb. Rather than order local I decided to go back to carters and order from them as they were so attentive and nothing was to much trouble. I will go back to carters for the rest of my furnishings as the quality is superb and the staff are wonderful who take all the time in the world to meet your needs. I will be recommending Carters to all my colleagues friends and family. Thank you Carters.

Friendly, welcoming staff, spent time discussing options and informative about products. No pressure, relaxed experience. Delivery time, sooner than expected which was great and kept informed of delivery of mattress, by the delivery guys.

Sally in the shop was very kind and helpful. The delivery which was going to take two weeks arrived a week early. The delivery men arrived on time and soon unpacked the mattress. We will b sleeping on it tonight.

Malcolm the sales person was very helpful ,attentive ,patient and demonstrated with good product knowledge. The order process went very smoothly and we now await our order being delivered.

What a great experience we had at Carter's, we had Sally advising and helping us and what a star ! (I brought a friend in for just a mattress, who has learning difficulties)
Sally had a lot of time for us, was very patient and knew her stuff.
The quality in this shop was much better and they had a great choice to choose from.

Was greeted by Paul who was very knowledgeable about mattresses. Came away having ordered two at a reasonable price. Delivered two days later by pleasant punctual delivery drivers who (with overshoes on) placed mattresses on the beds and took the wrapping away. Pleasant company to deal with.
