Every baby shower for clothes, Carter’s in Waikele is my goto place. Alrhough, is not very often i find that the Crew are very helpful . We met “Heidi”, she is very sweet and knowleable. She can probably sell me anything if she want to ;)
Carter's Issued a Fake Gift Card
On 11/18/2025 I made a purchase on carters.com of $100+ (CAR112911801), since Carter's had a promotion at the time to spend $100+ in their online store and obtain a $20 gift card. Couple of days ago, I tried applying the gift card Carter's sent me to items in cart, and I got an error saying "invalid card number". I called all of the following numbers: 877-333-0117, 888-782-9548, 855-741-1209, 833-473-2655, 844-828-5332, and wrote to all available emails - all customer service representatives were taking me for a ride, telling me to call another number of the listed, or to write to another email (of the listed). Each time, another customer rep would tell me to contact someone else.
Carter's has fraudulently advertised promotion of spend $100+, receive a $20 gift card, then issued me a FAKE gift card with invalid number. If that promotion wasn't advertised on their website, I would never spend $100+ in one purchase on their website.
I want either a $20 gift card issued to me, or $20 refund. This is unacceptable!!!

Carters Customer Service is basically non existent. You get the run around with no answers. Placed an online order and immediately realized I used the wrong shipping address. I reached out via their online chat and was told they would have to put in a help desk ticket. I heard nothing until the next day. Their answer the next day was because it had been more than 60 minutes of placing the order, they couldn't do anything. That's on customer service for taking their sweet time. I immediately put in the request, we'll under the 60 minute cut off. Never again.

This store is very near to us but we stopped shopping from this location because of that lady. Today again we went there to exchange the size of jacket because of her attitude we ended up returning and came back. I wanted to write email earlier as well but didn't feel like complaining about someone but this is the 5th or 6th time i am feeling the same way.
I hope you would understand and teach some customer service skills to your staff. Otherwise put sign boards that only White people allowed in your store.

If I had a choice I wouldn't even give them a one star. I spent close to $500 online order, I got no email updates, until I checked 4 days later through customer service call, rude call center reps. How long does it take for stores to pick and pack? Which means store associates are not doing their job. And top it up with scrappy courier services. Ridiculous service. I don't think I wanna give carter's that hundreds of dollars business anymore. This was first and last for me for sure!

I was shocked at the poor quality of the expensive garment I purchased online from Carter Toronto. No wonder they don't allow customers to review items on their website. The quality and construction are not even 'fast fashion' worthy. This was described as an elegant, off white seasonal coat - it literally looks like a lab coat Halloween costume you buy at the dollar store. Just a little fake blood and I have a great Dr. Jekyll costume. I will try to return this, but based on the reviews here I might have to eat the $100 dollars I paid, right before Christmas, and just have nothing to wear. Thanks, Carter!

I usually enjoy shopping at Carter’s, but this time the experience has been extremely frustrating. I placed an order on their website, but it was never processed — even though $430 was charged from my card. It’s already been a week, and I still haven’t received my refund.
I contacted customer service several times, but they keep sending the same automated reply without actually resolving the issue. I really hope Carter’s will take this more seriously and help return my money soon.

After spending 3 hours online picking out my niece's clothes, which was a nightmare because their sight is horrific and non user-friendly and slow, you might as well just go to the store yourself. It refused my credit card which 3 times which never happens. There's more than enough room. I will never order from this icky place again.
