Clair our advisor was extremely helpful but some of the emails appear to go astray from time, which was very frustrating for both of us. I know WFH is great for the present situation, but, some sort of coordination of email addresses seems to be sorted out to prevent this type of mix up.

Although I am not very IT savvy this online will service was self explanatory and easy to complete. Due to the fact it was also a great WOWCHER deal too, made it cheap and accessible. I have also taken up Carter Westwoods excellent offer of a minimal monthly fee which entitles me to a bound paper copy of my will, any free changes in future and it will be kept in their secure archives.
