Received our copy’s of a mirror will, we could have printed a free one online and signed it. Nothing on the will to state which company was used. So no one can confirm if legit, unless we pay a yearly charge for Carter Westwood to store them.

Very easy process to get a Will written up. Was talked through the process carefully via telephone and then sent forms to fill in online. They were then checked again with me via telephone so I could ask any questions. The process was simple and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to put a Will in place.

Extremely professional, helpful. The agent we dealt with was Jonathan and he explained everything in plain language so we could understand it. He was in the end of the phone to help us fill out our form if we wasn't sure. Considering we bout our will via a Groupon deal the company didn't treat us any different. Infact not only did all 4 of us get our will do we also had the company, especially Jonathan do power of attorney for us. Would definitely recommend using the company to do your will, its something we have put off for many years, now having done them it's like a big weight has been lifted. Don't put it off, if you think it's going to cost £100s and money is an issue go onto either Groupon or wowcher. Thanks jackie

Excellent service. Jamie Jones was great. He was really helpful, friendly but professional and took time to explain anything I didn’t understand. I would recommend the service to others.

This Will was initially purchased on Wowcher in what I thought was too good to be true.
If you think that it usually is. I feel it should have been stated that ONLY a very basic Will was what was on offer and nothing involving Trusts or holding Wills for safe keeping etc this is just to mention two things were there are numerous.
In saying all the above the service we received was excellent and the person dealing with us was very competent & knowledgeable. We feel everything was fully explained and all queries were addressed in a positive manner.

We purchased 2 mirror wills from Wowcher, Lisa contacted us and she has been amazing. So amazing we have even recommended family to her. We needed life cover as we were buying a house and Lisa worked tirelessly to get us the best cover for less than we were paying. She is lovely, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. We ended purchasing Trust Wills due to buying the house. There was no hard sell, and the process was very easy from start to finish.
