Unprofessional Customer Service

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding my recent order for an iPhone 15 Pro.

Initially, your website advertised "2 days express delivery" prior to my purchase. However, immediately after payment, the delivery timeframe was altered to "3 to 5 business days." This initial discrepancy was concerning.

Furthermore, despite the revised "5 business days" having elapsed, the order has still not been delivered. I contacted your customer service, who proved unhelpful. They stated they would follow up with the seller and provide an update, yet no one contacted me.

Upon contacting customer service again two days later for an update, I was informed they had not received a response from the seller. When pressed for an estimated timeframe for a seller response, the agent repeatedly stated they "don't know," an answer I found profoundly unprofessional.

My request to speak with a supervisor was denied, with the agent claiming no supervisor was available—a statement I believe to be false. Despite my specific request for a supervisor to contact me, I have yet to receive any communication.

This entire experience, marked by conflicting information, significant delays, and highly unprofessional customer service, reflects poorly on your company. I cannot recommend your services to anyone after this dreadful experience.

Extremely Disappointed with Cartlow’s Service

I’m extremely disappointed with Cartlow, especially when it comes to digital product purchases like gift cards.
1. My most recent order has been pending since Thursday, and today is Sunday — still no delivery. I have sent 7 emails to customer support with no reply at all.
2. Every time I order a gift card, I receive the same email asking me to submit my passport and bank card, even though I’ve done this multiple times before with no change in my details.
3. The customer support is extremely poor. They are not available 24/7, and even during their working hours, responses are very delayed — if they reply at all.

This level of service is unacceptable for a platform that claims to be professional. I do not recommend Cartlow for digital products, and I truly hope they improve their customer support system.

I've ordered a phone on 3 June
now its 14 June and they didn't shipped my phone
i emailed them several times and no response
i tried to call them they said that my shipment is with carrier and carrier told me they don't have my shipment
when i said that to them they said that my shipment is with them and they will give it to carrier today
this was yesterday and the carrier still didn't receive any shipment
i don't know why are they lying about my shipment and hiding something from me
i really though they were a good store
they disappointed me for real

Seems like a scam company

I've placed order with them for iphone 16 pro, they didn't ship the order for over a week, when I called them multiple times, they gave me a tracking number but still didn't handover product to carrier for 3 days. After 3 days I asked them to cancel my order and refund the amount, support rep said that order is cancelled but status remained unchanged even after 24 hours, I contacted them again and support rep said that it will be cancelled today, but I am still waiting for order to be cancelled. It's a horrible service, neither they are shipping product nor they are issuing refund. At this point, I’m considering filing a chargeback.

Dont buy from them

Its the most nonsense experience I’ve had with online store after i paid the order they ask for further personal info
I don’t recommend them at all
Untill now waiting for refund
Also the price of item attractive but within payment they add management fee equal to other site price . Its like a scam to me

Extremely Disappointed with the Delivery Delay

We are very disappointed with the experience. The delivery was significantly delayed beyond the expected timeframe, with poor communication and no clear updates provided. Despite multiple follow-ups, we received no resolution or explanation. This has caused major inconvenience and disrupted our schedule. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend their service.

I had made an order

I had made an order, 10May expected to delivered 15th May but after due date continuously, I called to their helpline but no one response. *My suggestion experience don’t buy/order anything from CARTLOW “ due to poor delivery, ultimate disappointment of their customer services.
Today’s 21-May-25 still I did not receive my order and no one have proper update.
Just now Supervisor Ms. Henry call me for update but unfortunately she also not have proper solution to sort out the issue.

The worst experience I have ever found…

The worst experience I have ever found paid for the order #3493067 reached delivery date but never received and I visited cartlow warehouse to pick it but they didn't give me anything so I decided to cancel the order and they said I will receive the refund in 2 hours until now it's not yet refunded these people are not serious at playing with customers money with arrogance if the zero Star rating is available.i wouldn't hesitate to give them zero Star

LATE DELIVERY

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?!?!?!!!, They promised 3-5 days of delivery I ordered it on the May 5th, it's been 5 days already and my order #3487815 still "in processing" phase, contacted customer service 2 times already they're just saying some nonsense, eventually! Ordered on April 27 with 48-hour…

Ordered iphone on April 27 with 48-hour delivery promise — still nothing. No updates, no resolution. Customer service keeps stalling. Feels like the company is either cash-strapped or using customer money to run its operations. Totally unreliable — avoid at all costs.
I'm going to report to police probably by Monday, i am afraid they might doing scam.

Do not order from cartlow, I recently ordered an electronic item and now almost one month they didnt delivered. Normally the item was available, when I call them they dont call back, they don't payback. They just tell lies... Do not order from them, they are not trustable, I think they are out of cash as they keep my money and do not deliver...

Disappointing Experience with Cartlow
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Cartlow. I ordered an iPhone on 28/03/2025 with an expected delivery date between 1st and 2nd of this month. However, it's now 04/04/2025 and I still haven't received my order.

The lack of communication from Cartlow's customer support team has been frustrating. Despite reaching out to you, I haven't received any meaningful updates on the status of my order.

As a customer, I expect timely delivery and clear communication. Unfortunately, Cartlow has fallen short of these expectations. order number #3459194
