This site is the nicest site because shipping to Australia cost $60 but I paid $22.22 and they paid the extra $38.78 out of their own pocket to cover me and never asked me for that money back. Products were great!

I've been buying from this website for about a year now and finally decided to write a review. Every purchase has been great with no tv logos and in hd quality. High quality cases and spectacular on-screen dvd menus. I'll continue to buy from them as they're very professional and send all the tracking information in a timely manner.

The owner is giving out poor-quality DVDs. These are mainly TV rips (and he didn't even rip them himself). He is stealing from ontherunvideo.com and selling them as his own products. These were already poor quality, to begin with.

My experience was great because the customer service and ad descriptions were above and beyond! I give the website 5 stars because everything was as described. Dvd discs looked exactly like they did on the site as well as the cases upon arrival. I was very pleased that there are no dvd sleeves like some other companies I have ordered from in the past. Here you get actual dvd cases. I purchased 3 sets and they all play perfectly. I will be a returning customer in the future. If you want hard-to-find series from the '80s and '90s, look no further! Cartoondvdset.com will satisfy your dvd needs!

They are selling illegal pirated copies of television shows and movies. And they refuse to refund your money when you receive your order and realize you have been deceived and when their DVDs don't play right in all devices.

On top of selling me fake DVDs that will not play, they sent me emails trying to make me feel like I was the one in the wrong. Just like a criminal, blame everyone else for their behavior.

Hopefully they will be shutdown soon.

This is the 1st website that actually displays pics of how the dvds look and what you see is what you get! You can actually see what you are buying before you buy it and that's good advertising.
I received my order in good packaging and I was able to track my order all the way. Customer service was both courteous and professional. To all the negative reviews: how can you bash a site that you have no experience with at all. None of you people ordered from them and your reviews show true ignorance. Site is in one word - MARVELOUS! Definitely not a scam website.

I purchased stating purchase was based on being factory sealed, authentic item, no bootleg items. A hour later they cancelled my order so it leads me to believe they are indeed bootleg

All of the 5 star reviews on this website for cartoondvdset seem like they were written by the same poor English speaking person. I personally wouldn't trust it. I heard it's bootlegged material. I also emailed them and they never responded for about a month now. Very Sketchy

I used the contact form and reply I received was they won't tell me their secret location... strange reply right?
Explained I'm not after their secret location, just the website says you can collect your purcahse, so where do I collect from?

Tried to get them to narrow down where I Canada as I have friends in the major provinces.

Save your $. Give this site a miss. Guessing DVDs are internet rips or bad VHS copies but don't trust a site that has company address, no contact details and when you look up their registered owners of the site, the address is fake;
