Don't waste your money. The product came with no directions. The advertisement makes this gadget look like it does an amazing job. I couldn't get it to work at all and threw it away.

The knives I ordered did not perform any were close to the YouTube video tutorial so I wasted no time requesting a refund not once but four times including a video showing the knives performance. I was offfered close to half my money back however I wanted a full refund and return the product at my cost, therefore the company ignored my many requests and refunded me a portion of my purchase price and asked me to kindly do this review.

My mistake, but what great response.
I appear to have incorrectly ordered two rather than one roll of double sided tape and responded with a reply email to cancel the second. This was sorted in very quick order, and follow up emails to me showed that a refund was coming.
No hassles, just quick understanding dialogue that was totally understanding.

You made sure that you got paid and took it from my credit card on the 17th of April and I have yet to see this product delivered to my house. Vegetable paring set
I ordered the set of vegetable blades. The julienne parer was in a beat up box and when I took it out there was a mystery sticky substance stuck all over it, and the blade was nicked up. Neither was the quality expected from the ad. They are cheap knock offs of those in the ad, made in China. I sent two emails, one with a picture, to customer service. They didn't even bother to respond to the contents of the emails. They just sent me the tracking information showing that the package had been delivered, twice.
