Cartrends seems to be a scam one, i have ordered for spare part Radiator upper hose pipe a week ago and there is no update, upon calling to customer care multiple times, only one time call got connected and he has given me the order id as 20998 and after that no response at all. highly dissatisfied and my sincere suggestion is not to book online from this company.

Order number 20049. They took 2 months to fulfill the order then it finally arrived 150kms from my location, without a way for it to get to me, despite promising door delivery after a 4000 rs delivery charge. They are extremely unprofessional and would not recommend anyone use them.

Beware of Ordering Parts from them. Paid 4000 a month back and placed an order for Baleno armrest. Even after 17 days, neither getting the product, nor refund, their whatsapp remains unresolved when you ask for product delivery status or refund but replies back if you enquire to Buy.

Scammers they are. DO NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING YOURE NEVER GOING TO RECEIVE. THEY WILL NEITHER DELIEVER NOR GIVE YOU CLATITY ON PRODUCT DELIVERY OR REFUND

Fraud company. My order #19752 confirmed after 2 days. But no shipped yet. Write many times on email and whatsapp. No respond no reply. Request for refund. Customer service talk to me refund initiated today, tomorrow..,.. repeat the answer.

Looks like this company is fake and the person who is responding on whatsapp is a scamster. Order#19743 placed on Aug 1 2025. After 1 week of placing order, I followed up with him and he is saying that the spare part is not available, asking to cancel order on the website to refund the amount but in vain. There is no option to cancel order on website and moreover the order number doesn't even exist under the registered account. I will raise a complaint with the consumers court if the amount is not refunded within next two days

FAKE Website, Do not buy any item

Order #19508 - Parts not received. Refund also not received even after proving bank details.
Email is also bouncing.One whatsapp number is provided on website but they respond fom some other number. Initially got a response asking for refund account. After sharing, they've stopped responding. Totally fraud. Thinking of registering a complaint now.

It took 1 month to receive the delivery and that too is wrong. They kept telling about availability but they don't have products in their warehouse. The website and fb page is followed by only bots. Don't go by their followers

I had ordered a car door handle, which is actualy priced at 800 to 900( which i came to know later). These people charged another Rs700 with Rs900 as shipping charges. Despite that, they didnt even ship the product. They wont respond to you via their support system. This is one big scam business group. I have registered a case under cybercrime.

Total scam! Never got the parts, no refund either. It's been four years now.

I will give 5 start because I order my Nissan Micra Fog light cover and that was perfect match and tried to found everywhere but not get the correct match then j found it from here. So that is the best plateform to find Car parts.

They are complete cheater and fraud. I have placed the order on 12 June 24 still I haven't received the products called them like 100 times and watsup messaged them like 20 times nothing no response. Completely cheated my money. Please don't buy anything from their website. Fraud and cheater

I order ecosport spare wheel cover and no body responded yet.

I ordered a wheel hub and two other parts from CarTrends on June 12, 2024, with order ID #16656. They promised delivery by June 17, 2024, but the parts never arrived on time.

On June 19, 2024, I canceled my order due to the delay, and they confirmed that they would process a refund within 3–7 business days. I also sent a cancellation email to support team.

Meanwhile, I sourced the parts from another provider and repaired my car.

On June 24, CarTrends asked me to confirm the product before dispatch. I reminded them that I had already canceled the order on June 19, 2024. However, they informed me that they had dispatched the order anyway.

According to their shipping partner's email, they packed the order on June 25 and collected it on June 26, 2024. The package arrived on July 4, 2024, but I rejected it. Please coordinate with your shipping partner and take back your package.

Received the refund after a month of continuous follow-ups.

I have ordered spare for my swift car. They deliver it after more than a month. And what I received a wrong product. They don't reply me. Order Id 16511. What legal action can be taken or consumer form complaint sufficient. Please guide me.

They are unresponsive

I was supposed to get my order dispatched in 24 to 48 hours order number 16228 but there is no response from them after paying money ...looks like a fraud .. will surely charge back on my money and file a complaint for fraud and compensation if they didn't solve my issue within 24 hours ...
