Glad I made the change
It's so easy to place the order online. The delivery is very quick. I am also happy with the price. I used to buy the recommended cartridges for my printer as once I had a bad experience with the cheaper brand. So I was dubious going for this brand. I spoke to a very nice lady who convinced me to try them. I have never looked back.

After a short period of time it appeared that there was a problem with the black cartridge in that it was not printing clearly, and with spaces. I spoke to a member of your staff who arranged for a replacement to be sent. This was duly received and on the 6th June I wrote back to you to say how impressed I was with your service!!
