Love the product, and they look fabulous

I had an issue with a case and the warranty was in place. No hassle to get a replacement. Customer service was quick and responsive to my issue. Case is beautiful and durable. Absolutely love this piece of art for my phone.

Love the case, I accidentally chose a case for the wrong size phone. When it arrived and I realized my mistake. I emailed Carved and asked if I could return it. They responded almost immediately and gave me the instructions to return it. Once I sent them the tracking number they gave me a discount code to order a new case at no cost. Excellent customer service quick responses couldn’t ask for more. I dropped my phone getting out of the car and it fell about 2 feet on to the concrete, nothing broke, chipped or scratched!
