The report I received was simply…useless

The report I received was simply useless. That is my experience. They should refund customers when they are unable to collect the information promised.

Excellent

Excellent, car vertical’s check saved me from buying a low mileage car from a large reputable dealer that had previously been in two accidents, one off them causing rear structural damage. The dealer said his checking service did not pick up the accidents.

I purchased 1 report from Car vertical…

I purchased 1 report from Car vertical to find out some of the history on my current car. Because I had a personal plate on the car something went wrong with the search. Car vertical agreed to provide me with another report (free of charge) and using the VIN number rather than my personal plate, all was good & the report was good. Great customer service

Incomplete and incorrect information.


I paid for four checks of cars located in the member states of the European Union, but I could not get accurate information for any car.
The information is incomplete, incorrect and crucial information about the vehicle is missing.
I don't recommend that site, but if you like it, go for it.

Their customer support team was responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the process.

I’m a dealer- one customer interested…

I’m a dealer- one customer interested for a Ford fiesta - I changed the wet belt- car is in perfect condition 2016 model with 2 owners and fully HPI clear report. Drive amazing, today customer called me and said my car had 2 accidents in the past.
She sent the report says £501-£1500 inspection - it doesn’t say accident damage- might had and accident- they assume- it’s not fair for genuine dealers, like us-(5 star), my car is in perfect condition, I checked there is no indication of any pressure damages,
Apart from usual 10 years old imperfections. Because of them, I lost my
Sale. If they don’t have full record
Why they say “might”
Seriously disappointed. And annoying
