These guys are thieves. Avoid renting car from them at all cost. They charged €80 unauthorised on our card and did not refund our bond even though car was returned without any damage. When we returned the car, we were given assurance that the bond will be refunded and no payment will be charged. However, soon as we left Adana
our credit card was charged, they did not respond to any of our email even we tried to contact their head office.

Don’t even come near this fraud
This was truly a terrible experience. Instructions to pick up the car were unspecific and vague, and the staff which was supposed to take us to the office was almost an hour late. After going through this and the driver's horrible driving, the office’s system didn’t accept a credit card that was working all over the rest of Türkiye, making us wait a couple more hours. This ended up wasting almost our whole day, and costing us lots of extra money as we had to book in person.
I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to actually rent a car, not get scammed out of your money and time.

Lack of instruction/directions
I was met at Antalya airport fairly promptly and driven to the office.
The car had practically no fuel at all and the instructions I was given to the petrol station I found confusing in an alien environment. I felt I was fortunate to reach one before my fuel ran out.
Returning the car was a nightmare as we were unable to locate the office for a full half hour as we drove round and round the D400 and the local roads.
Eventually, we called the office and were sent a map and satnav location. It didn’t help that the place was called by 3 separate names: Turtas cars/Carwiz/Novacar! Clear return directions when hiring would have helped a lot!
We then made it to the office where we were told the car was dirty so the price of a car wash was taken from our credit card. We only used half a tank of fuel, but were not credited with leaving the other half in the tank.
On the plus side, the Fiat saloon was excellent.

I rented a car from izmir adnan menderes airport. their office was not inside the airport, but when I reached them by phone, they picked me up from the airport by car and took me to their office. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful. The rental process took a little long, but they offer tea and coffee during this time. Vehicle was clean and new. I did not have any problems during the rental period. The process of returning the vehicle and the return to the airport took a very short time.
