A great place to buy and sell a car
Friendly helpful well presented staff . The staff all work as a team . A great web site that makes it easy to find my ideal car . All information clearly displayed about the cars specifications and lovely photos

Was a fairly straight forward process in general but paperwork could have been easier/faster. Car presented we'll when received. Bit pushy for things like paint/fabric protection.

Even though I was picked up at my home in Ascot and taken to Garden city store I found the experience draining.The staff were pleasant but it took nearly 3 hours to sort things out.When I was taken to look at the car itself I was only there briefly.I took the manual in to have a read while paperwork was being processed but it wasn't returned to me before I left,even though I asked for it.I was left to try find lights and other things by myself when I got home.My new manual still has not arrived and it was sent supposedly a week ago and postie was here a short time ago.So even though the staff were nice the service really leaves a lot to be desired.

When my finance company started to let me down, Carzoos helped me pick up the pieces and keep the deal rolling. They advocated for me as a customer, keeping me informed with regular updates, contacting my finance company on my behalf to prompt them to action paperwork, and following up to make sure it happened. They reassured me that the issues I encountered with a lacklustre finance company wouldn't compromise my buying arrangement. They remained friendly, supportive, and positive despite the challenges my agreement presented. Carzoos came through for me. 10 / 10 would recommend!

Great experience with Carzoos.
I haven't bought a car in some time. It was nice and smooth from the test drive to deposit to final delivery of my vehicle. The Garden City team kept me inform in what was happening and explained any queries I asked. The presentation of my vehicle on delivery was a very impressive sight to behold. Thanks to the team.

I felt very comfortable voicing my requirements in a car. Kerry was fabulous, no BS, but honest and tactfully direct.
I would recommend Carzoos to anyone looking for good quality cars at reasonable prices, who doesn’t want the associated anxieties that come with car hunting.

The team at carzoos work hard at customer service and satisfaction. Unfortunately I bought a car that suffered numerous issues over the first 3 months. Each time they were fixed without a problem, however it seemed this car was cursed. The stat warranty expired and the car suffered another issue. I emailed head office and expressed my disappointment with my experience and asked to get my money back. They called me within a couple of hours, apologised for all the issues with the car and agreed to refund me in full. They did indeed refund me, the money was in my bank within 6 hours of signing the paperwork. Considering this was 3.5 months after purchasing the vehicle, I must say this has completely turned around a poor experience of a cursed car . I'm now working with car zoos hoping they can find me another, less troubled one. Thanks Alex and the team for a great (albeit unconventional) customer experience.

Buying a car from CarZoos was such an easy experience, the slogan should be “Buy stress-free” instead of “Buy fearless”. I would recommend it to everyone. The cars seem to be very high quality and the 7 day return if you don’t like it policy is awesome. And the staff at Brendale and Garden City were great. Thanks everyone!

Car was in really good shape. Very fair price. Process was easy. Took heaps of stress out of the purchase experience and 7 day money back guarantee further removed worry.

Had the car fully checked out after delivery by a mechanic mate of mine (who is very experienced and super diligent) and he said the car was in excellent shape. Just as advertised... if there had been a problem I could have simply given the car back.

Staff were very friendly and polite at the garden city branch and service (apart from a little fax hiccup) was first class.

I had an excellent experience with Carzoos North Lakes Brisbane. On the phone , Sean (sales rep) knew a lot about the vehicle that I was looking at purchasing (unseen) and Anna (finance) was very helpful in guiding me through the finance to the purchase of the vehicle, they were not pushy or demanding at all. I would definitely recommend Carzoos to anyone looking at purchasing a new vehicle. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is the fact I was sent an email detailing I had a $350 fuel card to pick up from North lakes (if I purchased between 10-22 Jun) on to then be reminded that I purchased 6 Jun and don’t qualify.

Loved the whole experience. Dan at northlakes gave me exceptional customer service. I love my car! I feel safe and secure in my purchase. I have recommended Carzoos to so many people and will continue to do so.

Carzoos has been a dream to buy a car from - they were incredibly helpful from start to finish and made sure the car was just right when I bought it. The after care has been incredible too. I recently had a warranty issue which was fully sorted out quickly and professionally by Dan and Josh - they went above and beyond to ensure the car was fixed up perfectly.
