I must say it is not very often I write a review for a transaction that I have been through, however I have no hesitation in letting everyone know about Triss at Garden City Carzoos. His professional, confident and honest demeanour is outstanding. I found this a stressful exercise but was put at ease by Triss during both of my visits to Carzoos. I am so impressed that I will be letting all of my friends know how to "sell fearless" and sending them straight to Triss at Garden City. I am one very happy customer and want to let Carzoos know the calibre of their staff member Triss.

We had a mixed experience purchasing our new car. It is a shame I can’t leave 2 seperate reviews.

5 stars to Carzoos themselves....our experience with Priscilla was awesome. She answered all our queries and organised everything we needed. Her follow up was superb. Sean at North Lakes finished of the process and was very helpful finalising the sale.

Unfortunately I’ve averaged it out to 3 stars as our experience with finance really only deserves 1. Matt at North Lakes finalised our finance and he was great. He achieved in less than a day what Sharon had failed to do. Our finance was continually delayed, questions went unanswered, emails containing documents were ignored and then we received a phone call at 5:30pm on a Friday (24 hours after finance was approved) to say we needed to pay other costs. It took over a week for something that should’ve taken a couple of days.

The only reason we didn’t pull out of the purchase was because of Priscilla’s superb communication, she is definitely an asset to the team.

We actually enjoyed the whole process and felt so cared for. A lot of trust in this team!!!

It was such a smooth, seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish. They managed to sell my car within 2 to 3 days of my signing up with them. This process is so much better than trying to sell the car privately or trading it in.
They also helped me find my new car.

Overall a good experience with great service from Macauley, Priscilla and Josh... a bit of a different way of buying a car. The only slightly inconvenient thing was that we needed to travel from the Gold Coast to two different locations in Brisbane to view then finally pick up our newly purchased car... But other than that the service was great and the purchase was great value for money. Would recommend this for any Brisbane locals.

This was a great experience for buying and selling. I got to do everything in one place and they took care of all the finance as well. I wont ever be car selling or buying anywhere else. Triss was there for me every step of the way!
